the spa pool wasn’t a bit cold

The staff was l so friendly. The convenience of the restaurant being so close great food.

The room was a good size and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Leah, the accommodation manager couldn't be more helpful, thank you Leah. Having the Bistro right next door was a real advantage. If you order room service or eat in the Bistro you will be happy both with the service and the food.

There was a bit of noise from outside but not enough to worry us who live in a rural area

It was clean, and the value for money. Great location. Great bistro and food. Staff super friendly. We will be back.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay. Maybe a cooked breakfast would have been the only thing we would have like to have been able to have.

There needs to be a sign on the road to indicate turn off to side road. We weren’t the only ones who had to go back to turn off. Otherwise all good

Plumbing needed attending too. Taps were very noisey

The staff were very nice and helpful. My bed was fine.

My daughters roll away bed was useless. She had to sleep on the floor. My niece slept in the single bed by the door. She had bites all over in the morning. No breakfast available on site or in the restaurant. Short staffed.

Reasonable price for an overnight stay

A loud live band was playing there Saturday night. I wouldn’t have stayed there if I knew that before I booked
