Convenient location

The decor was outdated. Also I could hear next doors children crying late at night. (Adjoining walls not sound proof )

Close to suitable restaurant options for a meal and loved being near the lake walk and Art Gallery.

Nothing - was good for price paid

Bed linen seemed clean.

The greeting was far below professional. Unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was not very clean (dirty crockery and glasses), and the sofa should have been at the dump.

It was in a great location, neat and clean.

The price was reasonable and there were no problems with our booking or check in.

We needed fresh air but the window was not able to be opened and had no fly screens. The older air conditioner worked but was noisy and lacked the usual controls.

Comfortable, easy to find,

location, great value for money and most importantly, clean! Staff was also really lovely & she makes a great breakfast. Chinese Takeaway they suggest is highly recommend - delicious.

bed not most comfortable but still ok

Vicky at reception was lovely & welcoming. Very good value for money.

The carpark was a little confusing. a Ute was parked in 2 spaces including ours outside our room requiring us to park in someone else’s only to be moved on by them to another spot some distance from our room.
