Very good, Clean & tidy, great location and very good service by the friendly staff

The bed was HORRENDOUS! Two nights in a bed that made my back and neck so sore I could barely move each morning. Took painkillers in the night and put cream on my back to stop it seizing. Worst bed I’ve ever slept in.

Location was wonderful and the staff very welcoming and accommodating. Room was pleasant and large a little disappointed it did not have a balcony as advertised.

Poor housekeeping and cleaning left a little to be desired, light clean for a 2 day stay was well below par. I felt the price was slightly above what would have been a fair price for the service.

Room was large, bathroom was nice. Room was clean tidy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Bedding was very average, bed was extremely stiff. office desk has glass hard to use a computer mouse. couch was very old and uncomfortable. Room was large but tv was small. windows didn't open. Need to have silverware in room and should have microwave. Took away all towels without replacing after first night

Our room was an accessible room & was very suitable for my husband's mobility issues. It was located down in the corner & even though other guests in groups were socialising outside their rooms, their chatter did not disturb us in our room.

The power points to plug the electric kettle into were right back in the corner above the cupboard. A little out of the way especially if the guest was wheelchair bound. My husband was not but I also found it a little difficult to reach back to reach the power point.

the property was tired , poor state of shower n quality of shower - but still charging high rates. would have been good to know that there were significant motor enthusiast booked - they loved their cars but were noisy with the reviving of the cars from late at night then from 6am in the morning !!!

Easy check in clean and the office ladies lovely.
