Great location, drop box access, good comms with the host who was very helpful including taxi recommendations etc, well resourced, professionally managed, well cleaned :) it was also pretty quiet given the central location.

Toilet / shower combined, but this is an older apartment so not unusual in Bulgaria. The apartment was well resourced but an indoor drying rack would be a helpful addition.

Clear instructions and convenient way to retrieve/leave

Only thing we didn’t think to check was that the property doesn’t have an elevator. Not an issue for me and my cousin but my 70 year old dad struggled - especially with bringing our luggage. Not the property/owner’s fault though.

The location is fantastic and the flat is very spacious, clean and cozy. The hosts have put a great effort and created a beautiful place.

However the front room was so noisy that even with the closed windows one was struggling to sleep. We were there on a hot night, which didn't help and our teenagers were exhausted next morning. The back rooms was nice and quiet, but the bed was not very comfortable. We had luggage and had to go to the 4th floor with no elevator. Maybe a place for party people,, but not for families.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, quiet, fully-equipped with everything that the guests will ever need. The owner has thought for every single detail. I felt like at home.
