My family had a great time during our stay.

Fun photo opps, great pool and 2 hot tubs, spacious rooms, ocean views, great value!

Extra fee for parking (for guests) and very small bathroom in room

The pool

Felt like we couldn’t enjoy ourselves because one AFTERNOON we were told to basically be quite when we were having fun in the pool. Then was told we could play music at a low volume but when locals arrived to use the grill we were told to “turn it off” in a rude way. The mattresses and pillows were extremely hard that we woke up with back and neck pains. Also, because of all the unkept vegetation, we were being attacked by mosquitoes even after putting on bug spray. If you’re scared of big, flying roaches, this is not the place for you. Need to add, because you only get 2hrs to use the flat griddle, we had to rush to cook our food for a group of 17. And once it was 9:59pm, the owner was coming out basically throwing everyone out of the facility. Won’t be returning.

The location is really good. All restaurants are around 2 miles away from the hotel.

The hotel doesn't have restaurant facilities.

Free life vests and flotation devices for kids.

Rooms were dusty and stuffy. Bugs were everywhere. Bed sheets were dirty. AC drips right unto the patio. Hot tub water seems like it has never been changed out and was murky and dirty. Mattress pillows extremely hard. Floor boards around pool area were loose and posed a stepping hazard. BBQ grill top was also quite dirty and in need of replacement. Staff mentioned that there was something dangerous in the middle of the pool and warned guests to stay away.

Everything was amazing as always minus the millipedes everywhere.

There were millepedes EVERYWHERE! They were falling off the ceilings and onto our beds. We did not sleep very well.

We have been here several times and always have a wonderful time.

The only thing that would make this place better is a local supermarket!

The room was way bigger than expected and very clean

We booked the room specifically for use of the pool and then when we checked in, we’re told the pool isn’t in use and neither is the jacuzzi. I wish there would have been a heads up about that.

It's our first time having a vacation in a room with access to Netflix and Youtube! It was rainy when we stayed there, so it was nice to just chill in our Private Cottage, watch movies and enjoy with my family. The pool is very accessible too! It's nice and clean. With the pool's irregular shape, we can have a corner of our own without disturbing other guests. We also loved the pool toys and floaties that are free to use! It was a very family and kids' friendly space. I also love how artistic the whole resort looks! Their street art area is very colorful and pleasing to the eyes, perfect for photo ops. The Private Cottage is very spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people. There's a loft-type bed area with 3 futons, 2 twin beds, and one sofa.

One thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the Jacuzzis, there was slight debris there, but it was understandable because it has a storm during our stay. Nevertheless, it was still a relaxing time for us when we got into their Jacuzzis, the water was hot and perfect for the cold weather. In the Private Cottage, we suggest they put an air freshener on the toilet area since there is no window there and was only operated by an exhaust fan.

Workers were super friendly and helpful. The pool looks well taken cared for. The street art is pretty cool, I didn't know you can stay in those cottages! Their probably better inside then our room. Resort seemed to be busy. We booked for 3 days and 2 nights. We left after the first night.

The room we stayed is in need of a lot of repairs. The photos don't reallly portray how they really look. I found a roach and spider webs and it smelled of mildew. Food is limited and the area doesn't gave much options.

The pool was much fun. The cottage was nice and tidy. Staff helped us when needed.

The location is a bit remote if you don't have a car. 15 minutes walk to nearest convinience store, and buses are not very frequent.

We stayed at the Tokyo Cottage. It was nice and clean.

Unfortunately there were lots of flying roaches outside of pool area, especially at night.

The space was great and clean.

Coffee is not too expensive. It would have been nice to have some every morning for free and not have to pay for it.
