Property is very clean, beautifully decorated & well-kept. I will definitely recommend this house to my friends and family if they’re ever visiting Galveston.

We had a superb time during our annual Pointwest family beach trip. The house had all the space we needed and the house location was one of the best in the entire neighborhood.

This was our sixth family reunion. We had 30 people in 4 houses on the beach. Sea of Grace was simply unbelievable!! Perfect in every way - pure luxury and beautiful. All the extras included. Pointe West added the pools basketball and pickle ball so it was great. Will be better when the bar and restaurant open again. All in all the house was simply grand for our best reunion yet!,,

The Sea of Grace is by far the nicest home we’ve stayed in, in Galveston. It’s beautiful inside and out, super comfortable, and had plenty of room for our large family to spread out. The beach is a short walk away, and was nice, and not overly crowded. If only the weather would’ve cooperated, but it allowed us to fully enjoy this wonderful home. We would definitely choose this home again for our annual family getaway.

What a wonderful place! Our family of 17 (four generations) loved it! Sea of Grace is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and has gorgeous views. While walking back from the beach on our last night, knowing that our visit was coming to an end, our granddaughter asked, "When are we coming back?" Not if, but when. Loved it that she assumed we would. That pretty much says it all.

Each year we host a family get together at a home in Pointe West with our adult children, their spouses, and our grand children. This was our first time to stay in this home and we loved it. It was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. The teens had a loft room to themselves while the two families with small children were in the two rooms that had both bunks and a large bed for the parents. Everyone commented how the sleeping arrangements were ideal for all ages and families. The small room at the very top of the house was the nicest surprise of all. It was perfect for anyone who wanted to watch a sunset across the bay or just relax alone with a book. It has 360 degree views and was my favorite place to be. The multiple decks (front and rear) offered more than enough space for everyone to have room to hang out, read, relax, or take a nap. Lots of seating. And the garage and storage closet has all kinds of beach toys, etc. to use. That was much appreciated as well. The one time I needed to get in touch with the owner about an issue that came up, she answered immediately and was able to give me the information I needed in a matter of minutes. Very responsive. The elevator was appreciated for bringing up loads of groceries and luggage, but we didn't use it beyond that. It works great, but you have to be very methodical in the sequence of closing the elevator doors on each floor or it will not operate. It isn't a malfunction, it is just a system of safety features that are designed into it. Overall, we were extremely pleased with both the house as well as the owner and I look forward to coming back again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea of Grace in Galveston. The property was well located, spacious, and outfitted with everything you'd need to host a large group. The Beach Club on property was fantastic and the beach access was convenient. We're hoping to return in 2023!

Everything from our intro letter and check in info, to the parking, amenities, and check out instructions were presented and handled with professionalism and customer care. The home itself was amazing in every way, and not a person in our group was disappointed with their stay. The beach access was convenient and the three stairway entrances plus a three floor elevator make all the coming and going a breeze. The bedding and furniture both inside and outside on the many decks were all top notch. The master suite with huge double shower, deck, and bonus lounge area with coffee bar was a pleasure. TVs everywhere with a great lineup of channels and excellent Wi-Fi around the house made it easy to work remotely, catch a game, or even hide out from the crowd and keep up with a favorite show. And, talk about a “hide out”, the quiet, 360 degree views from the cupola were a family favorite. As nice as the rest of the house was, nothing compares to the wide open kitchen and living area with a wall of windows looking out over the deck and unobstructed views of the Gulf waves on the shoreline. It’s a dream kitchen in a dream location with plenty of room for a large group. A great time for all. We are already thinking about our next stay. Thank you Melissa for sharing your wonderful home. We have a large family with lots of kids and grandkids and this house fit everyone comfortably. Love the room layouts with Kings and bunk beds and the upstairs bunk room was the cutest ever for the 6 kids that slept there. Huge well equipped kitchen with plenty of seating, two sets of washer dryers, generous amount of beach towels. The porches also had lots of room for eating or relaxing. The best part was the gorgeous master bedroom and porch which was our get-away for a respite from the crowd! Early morning coffee and sunrises; beautiful beach views: everything you could need and a great location. Loved everything about this house and owner!!

This was a great house. We had an 82 year old down to a 5 year old. Accommodated all with rooms for families. Kitchen well equipped. Close to everything.

We’ve stayed at several beach houses in Galveston and this house has been the best. It’s beyond beautiful and spacious and the owner was super helpful with all of our needs. The location was perfect as well, walkable to the beach and super close to the beach club. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall very beautiful place. However, grill was absolutely awful. Could not really use. Grilling is extremely important. Second, oven only broil. Can't have that with large family. Ice maker not work I Nguyen. We rented out 25711, next door too and relied on their appliances.

Highly recommend this property. Great visit again...family really enjoyed the house and secluded beach. Little issue with the elevator due top a storm induced power surge, but the owner was quick to respond to our call and sent out a repairman.

This place is beyond incredible. It is beautifully appointed down to every last detail. Both indoor living and outdoor living were fantastic. It is a five star plus in every way. If we ever come back to Galveston we will look no further than rebooking this home.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home on the beach. Anything and everything was there that we could have ever needed. It was a perfect home away from home for our family. The views from every window are incredible and it couldn’t be at a better spot. Easy to get down to the beach and also to hop in the car and enjoy the Beach Club. Our family will definitely be reserving this house again.

Beautiful house on the beach, with a well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed. One note, there are no hangers in the closets and not really any dressers. Not a big deal but as someone who likes to unpack while on vacation, I found myself making a quick trip to the dollar store. Weather wasn’t great but the house offered plenty of room for us all when spending time in doors. Overall we had a great time and definitely recommend this lovely home for a large group.

The views were breathtaking along the entire living area and many rooms of the house: wide expanses of dune, beach, ocean, and Texas sky. Our family enjoyed our visit, warm and cozy, on comfy linen and beach inspired furniture in such a pretty setting! This home decor is gorgeous and practical. Even the designer lighting had layered options for bright overhead or soft ambiance in every room. We can’t wait to visit again!
