Location was okay but the staff and hotel...not hygienic...not behaved properly...not provided the bill...

Hotel should be neat and clean and staff should be well behaved

I have booked and paid amount online but hotel nighter provide me room nor refund the money as I am not guilty.

Hotel was not taking any agency deal,I have to Pay extra for 2 night.very sad and dissatisfaction with the hotel management also with the booking.com management

Staff members are very friendly & Supportive nature...Feeling like home Good service 🥰🥰👍👍✌✌

Food is tasty but,Food quantity it's not according to there actual money & also add some basic need in a room like table and chair for food. 😞😞😞

Not clean room toilet was like government toilet with bad smell

As booking policy breakfast included but when reach on property breakfast not policy as per manager of the property, second is walk-in general to take room or booking online room both of room tarrif different.. Booking policy tarrif is just double as per it's general... The property managers only chatting with customers... They also not provided good service at night water washroom is stopped.. So this property is not good for any clients

You advertised something Attractive about your hotel but in reality it's just opposite. I had booked an AC room in the given price band but the staff over there denied me and I had to pay extra charges for the same. It was an embarrassing experience in front of your staff with my family members. In fact I had received Booking confirmation in e-mail regarding AC room with balcony & tv. The staff and some Sardars (perhaps relattives of owner) sitting near reception were not cordial while talking with me on this matter. Every body sitting there were arguing with me on this matter. Infact, the receptionist should talk to guests rather than everyone sitting. The receptionist and room boys do not know manner while talking with guests. Perhaps budget hotel and budget guests concept. Bad attitude.
