ロケーションが少し悪い 駐車場を探すにも、少し離れた場所まで行かないといけないので、雨の日にはちょっと難有り。 直近の駐車場は大抵満車になっている。

綺麗だし広いし大満足です。洗濯機無料だし洗剤も無料で置いてあってメチャクチャ助かりました。

大変お得に宿泊できました。 お部屋の広さやベッドも快適でした。

・受付の若い女性３人は、笑顔もなく座ったままこちらを見て、睨むように「いらっしゃいませ」と言われました。まるで間違えて入ってしまったよそ者をみるかのようで、とても不快に感じました。 いわゆる「接客」は身に付いていない方々でした。 ・シャワーやバスタブが詰まっていて流れが悪く、 池のようになり、衛生面が気になりました。 ・使用した食器を洗った後、拭くものや水切りカゴはなかったので、キッチンペーパーなどが欲しかったです。 ・連泊したのでタオルをもらいに受付に行ったのですが、荷物を持ったまま、非常に長く待たされました。もう少しスムーズな受け渡しを願います。 出来れば、使用したタオルを受付に持参するのではなく、回収BOX等を設置して欲しいです。

Eher zweitrangig da Japan Englisch Kenntnisse 3/10 Schränke keine vorhanden aber eher nicht relevant für mich. Wände wie immer dünn aber hat mich selbst nicht gestört.

Bookingの問題なのか海外からこのホテルのなりすまし迷惑メッセージが届いたのが、安全性など大丈夫なのかな、と不安になりました。

住宅街の中にポツンと立ってます。最寄り駅の近くのコンビニくらいしかないので夜ご飯は電車で繁華街まで行きました。

部屋が広々としていて湯船にジャグジーがついていた点。ミニキッチンもあり、何にも困ることが無かった点。

Price was good. Staff was helpful. Hotel was clean. Large room with lots of space.

Location was a little off, however taxis were cheap to get anywhere around Kyoto.

The staff! One person, Shohei, was my saving grace. He helped situate my luggage issues and I could not be more grateful. The staff was always present, most of them spoke English or we made our way through using translations. I love the hotel being in the middle of a residential area. Walking to & from the hotel was a pleasure seeing homes and stores. The facility is well kept, clean, well lit, offers yukatas, laundry for free, and is very spacious. The shower is amazing. Family loved relaxing in it after a long hot day out. This is the best hotel of our entire Japan vacation. This is a must stay place.

The only downside I have is it is not very close to any train stations. It's at least a 10 minute walk

It was great to get a family room where all 4 of us could fit comfortably and where there were two separate sleeping areas. The bathroom was very nice, with a high-end shower and with air jets in the bathtub. It was convenient to have a small kitchen to cook in too.

There were only 4 washing machines for the whole building to share, which combined with long wash/ dry times made the laundry process tough to plan. But it was still great to have free laundry in the building. And the laundry soap was free too.

The cleanliness, tidy and front desk staff are friendly.

Spacious, excellent shower, very quiet, clean & neat. Everything seems new. Helpful staff. Facilities is great.

There is no convenient store nearby, buy all you need at railway and there are some local restaurants. Found a few nails on the floor, and glass near the sink in the dressing room was not clean. Toothpaste stains at the bottom of glass and dusty ventilation. A good housekeeping will go a long way. Faulty washing/dryer machines need to be fixed.

The room was the biggest we have had in Japan! There were 2 bedrooms, as a couple we just used one to put our suitcases. It’s only a 20 minute walk to the city centre, really easy just following the river. There was the most gorgeous bath and shower with various water pressures and facilities, flat screen tv and free laundry! The staff were really friendly and pleasant. There is also a terrace that is lovely to sit out of an evening with a look over Kyoto.

This is the second Randor I've stayed at, the first being in Sapporo, and they've both been amazing. Fully featured, large rooms at a great price. After the first one we've only since stayed at apartment hotels as they offer large, excellent rooms at excellent prices. Once the option was available (due to the kitchenette) we often found ourselves just shooting off to a supermarket, picking up A5 wagyu and yakisoba kits and eating meals that would have otherwise been 10000 yen per person for about 2500 yen each.

In exchange for a huge room at a low price you lose 24/7 staff, daily cleaning, swimming pools, built-in restaurants etc, but for us it was well worth it. We'd make that trade in a heartbeat.
