We love this house so much it has a million dollar view . The Eastern side of the islands gets wonderful breezes . This is our 3rd time staying at the house and it was so nice . It has been professionally painted and has new living room furniture . We will be back again .

I booked this trip and villa last minute but everything went smooth. Check in was a breeze and Mr. Craig the taxi driver knew exactly where the house was with no hiccups. The villa is steps from the ocean and the views are spectacular. We spent four glorious days doing nothing but watching the tide roll in. If what you are looking for is a secluded vacation this is the place to go.

We had another amazing vacation at the Villa. The weather was beautiful and the water felt amazing. We throughly enjoyed our time at our favorite house on the island

This was our second stay at this house. The location is perfect. The views and water is perfect. The only thing wrong is that it needs some new mattresses and pillows.

Property and house were very nice and clean. Property manager Denise was very nice and helpful with our stay.

The home was in a good location with water views from throughout the home. Multiple balconies and sufficient parking. Fishing rods available here or close by would have really added to the experience. Flying there not conducive to packing outside games nor kayaks, etc. I do recommend the home for a good week in the Bahamas!

Great ocean views! The house is located in a nice community and only five minutes away from the grocery store. Our family enjoyed our time at the home. The house manager was very good at providing everything we needed.

Wonderful property and experience!

Always a pleasure, great location. House has lots of room and is very beautiful. It is close to a beach which is so nice for kids, we always like to give back by dedicating one day to doing a beach clean as plastic and other stuff love to accumulate after storms, I encourage everyone on vacation in Nassau to give back. The dogs that live down the road are the sweetest and love to be played with (black and red dog) Snorkling is very good out front.

the house sits on the beautiful coast with a wonderful breeze. It was perfect for my family of 7 . Our grand kids 10 and 8 loved exploring the tidal pools in front of the house. The beds were very comfortable and the house wonderfully appointed, we will be staying there again.

Needs a few updates but overall nice

There were 7 of us that stayed in this vacation home. The house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with supplies. It was very relaxing to be able to sit out on the back and watch the sunset over the ocean and watch the sunrise from the master bedroom. It was very convenient to have your own beach in your back yard. The only complaint I have is that It took us over an hour to find the house because we where not given clear directions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Villa and will stay there again when we visit the island.

The property was great, just the right size to accommodate 9 of us for our family reunion. To walk out the back porch and be able to swim in the ocean was amazing & enjoying the sunsets. We hired Chef Perry Sweeting for our stay & he is the best chef ever especially on the island. Thank you Denise for all your help we enjoyed our stay immensely, with memories that won’t be forgotten. We had 6 adults and 2 children. Home was more than big enough. Amenities were perfect for our family. Great assortment of dishes, pans, and pots for any style cooking. Denise was more than helpful in providing information about the home prior to our arrival as well as tips and places to visit. Home was very clean and well furnished. The view from the back porch was gorgeous with very close access to the water. The children loved the sand beach off the back porch. Kayaks provided were a fun way to traverse the beautiful water. Plenty of extra water shoes as well as sand toys for the children provided.

The property had everything expected, needed, and more. I kept saying, 'what were those people complaining about!' (the ones who posted negatives.) They must have been expecting luxuries at a value price! This place was very comfortable for our party, and there were no complaints, that I heard. Plenty of sheets,(in case you need to make a change in the middle of the night,) bath and beach towels, deck furniture. Kitchen was adequately equipped for any kind of meal( I didn't notice the number of bowls, and was not concerned about mismatched plates and flatware,) and a dishwasher, too. The dogs of the neighborhood were not threatening, and indeed when they visited, were friendly and never jumped up on us. They did not bother us or keep us awake, though we did have windows closed with AC running, they only sometimes announced our arrival or escorted us to the street when we would drive away. Denise was responsive and I only saw her once in the 4 days when she stopped by to check with her gardener, (we were often out.) Some amenities in HomeAway properties are often left by previous renters, and this place was graced by previous stayers, as well as us also, however, the place was stocked as well with TP and bath soap, Thnx Denise! There were basic kitchen spices. Bug spray; there, Flashlights: there, Beach float; there. Even, unexpectedly, had a crate with at least 6 pr of adult szd beach shoes for the beach, and 2 sea-kayaks! True, this was not a sandy beach, but was probably some good snorkeling the shallows and the neighbors deeper boat channel. Only saw a few 'urchins.' Mainly, snails. I do recommend this property, and their suggested auto rental company; Sand Dollar auto rental.

Utensils, pots pans etc were mismatched and of poor quality. We expected a few more kitten staples to be provided - e.g., oil, basic spices, sugar, 1 packet of coffee. Mgr not real responsive. A lot of little things that should have been taken of - whirlpool tub obviously hadn’t been working for a long time, lights burned out.

Nice Villa location being right on the ocean though it lacked a sandy beach and there were wild dogs running around and barking at night. Overall, a very nice stay with family.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our group of eight. The views of the water were beautiful. Gorgeous sunrises every morning. We would definitely like to return.

Just as advertised! Very nice secluded property on the water. Well equipped house. Excellent communication and assistance from owner and house manager. About 20 minutes drive (sometimes lots of traffic) from downtown & Paradise Island. Safe neighborhood. Big thanks to Hilton (taxi driver) for helping us around. Highly recommend.

My friends and I stayed in this truly great house right at the ocean! The house was immaculate when we arrived, super clean, so very well kept. We were 6 in total, 3 couples, and we had more than enough space. It wasn't just a normal rental house, you could feel truly at home! To sit outside was as much fun as being inside. Since it's directly at the ocean you can see the sunrise, while having breakfast, go for a walk or a swim/snorkel, enjoy the sun chairs, have later a BBQ. A supermarket and shops are close by. If you really have the urge to leave this paradise, to go downtown or to the Atlantis is not even 10 min. by car, but we rather stayed at home or went swimming, some of us snorkeling, you can not imagine the variety of fish you can see! In the evening you can go for a stroll or simply stay home and sit in the garden watching the stars above you. We had the time of our life! and we plan to come as soon as possible back to stay in this so comfi house!!!
