My only complaint is the parking. We had 7 people with luggage so we needed two vehicles. So we had to park on the street for $12 a day, which is not bad, but also on certain days we needed to move and park somewhere else because of early morning street sweeping. So a place that offers accommodations for 10 people should have some arrangements for parking two vehicles. Otherwise everything was fantastic. Great stay.

This property was absolutely perfect for my group! It was beautiful, clean, and in an ideal location. We were able to park our cars for the weekend and walk everywhere! Thank you for a great stay.

This house was a sweet spot to land when not out and about. And also a sweet spot in proximity to all of historic Savannah. We walked everywhere except an U er to Bonaventure Cemetery. Plenty of room and amenities for our family of 6. Highly recommend.

Perfect house for 9 girls - location can’t be beat!

Spacious; very well located. Walk to everything! 3 1/2 baths were great for 9 women. Lots of windows! The description of the property was very detailed so I can’t complain that I wasn’t warned, but one bath and one hand towel per guest and ONE towel for the kitchen doesn’t make sense. You’re really forced into doing a load of laundry for even a couple day trip. And there was no liquid hand soap in any of the bathrooms and very little in the way of paper products. Good news is it’s easy to walk to CVS or order via Instacart. We did enjoy a day on Tybee Island. Stopped by the pool club we had access to. Surprised there were no towels. The beach there is beautiful though. All of this was pretty minor. We’d go back to that home in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

We had an amazing stay with Southern Belle Vacation Rentals! The house was beautiful and perfect for our large group for a girls' weekend. The location was perfect and easy walking distance to everything going on in Savannah. We would definitely stay here again the future and are looking forward to our next visit!

This house is beautifully decorated. We were just a few blocks away from the riverwalk attractions and we could walk everywhere. Home was clean and everything was as advertised. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time in Savannah.

This house was the cutest house and very spacious!! We were there in July and luckily the ac in the house worked well with it being so hot in Savannah. It is in a perfect location, walkable to many restaurants and bars on river street!! The agency is communicates well during your stay, so if you need anything they will help you!

This house is gorgeous! Had space for everyone, was so close to everything. We walked everywhere. So close to river street, a cute Java shop around the corner and so many pretty squares

Great property in a good location. Perfect for a large group. Note that the shampoo/conditioner and bars of soap are tiny (perfect for one night) so if you plan on staying for a few days bring some with you. Overall it’s a beautiful house and we had a great time. Would recommend.

Plenty of space for a large group of adults with comfortable sleeping arrangements and enough bathrooms for everyone. Great location. Lots of stairs inside so if you have anyone with mobility issues keep that in mind. Would definitely go back!

The location of the property is ideal for walkable sight seeing yet on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown. One highlight is the proximity to Leopolds’ ice cream parlor! The house is beautiful and clean with a lot of space and seating for larger groups. There are a couple of cons that are worth mentioning, There’s parking for only one vehicle so other vehicles have to pay to park on the street. The other issue was lack of internet service the entire trip so be aware if you need an internet connection for work. The customer service was slow to respond but eventually tried to made things right by offering options for the inconvenience.

The property was gorgeous! I would have given it a 5 star rating however there were a few reasons for the 4. First off, it was not made clear when our confirmation email stated our total price as “including all fees” , and then they added another pretty substantial fee. We felt that was a bit dishonest. Also there should be more than one towel per guest who stay for 3 days. If not, then at least leave a laundry detergent pod. And we did not have enough hot water for showers on top floor Overall, this property was gorgeous. We loved staying there.

This is an AMAZING home, located in a beautiful square in the heart of historical Savannah. Close to shopping, restaurants, galleries. It was the PERFECT ambience for our trip. Very Comfortable beds, high-end kitchen and bathroom renovations. We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this home. The ONLY things I might improve: having more than 1 bath towel/wash cloth per guest, and having a larger hot water tank. We are DEFINITELY planning on coming back and staying in this home when we can spend a little bit more time in Savannah.

Great for our girls weekend! We definitely could’ve used more bath towels since we had a large group of girls. We had to run to grab some extra paper goods as well but Kroger was just a short drive! Great location, able to walk restaurants and bars very easily! Would definitely stay here again!

We rented this property for a bachelorette party with a group of 14 girls & chose this particular house because of the # of bathrooms/rooms & the location in proximity to our reserved downtown activities. That said, on the 1st night, two of the girls found bed bugs crawling on their pillow & headboard. We sent photos and a quick message to the property management company and received a call back the next morning telling us that we need to leave the property because this treatment requires the use of strong chemicals. While this seemed like an abrasive solution, we felt that following the guidance of the company managing this home was our only option. To no surprise, after attempting to call the nearby hotels, we were unable to find rooms available for 14 people on a Friday afternoon. We called the property management company asking if we could stay and requested that they have the house exterminated during the hours we were not at the property, and they said that no one was available to do so until the following week. However, we knew that this was not true, as we called extermination companies that same morning, and they confirmed that they could have someone there to take care of us. The property management company just didn't want to deal with this issue on a Friday and have to pay emergency service rates. They said our options at this point included staying in a hotel 30 minutes away from downtown (receiving a full refund) OR staying in the bug infested house (receiving a $500.00 credit). We informed the representative that the cost of transportation for 14 out of town guests to move their belongings to a hotel and go back and forth for planned events simply was not factored into our budget. We understand that mistakes happen, but this was not handled correctly. The two guests who stayed back to resolve this issue not only missed an entire day of paid activities, but also dealt with rude remarks and unhelpful service from the Southern Belle rentals team. Instead of leaving our rental property with positive reviews, we might be leaving with bed bugs to bring back to our families. Highly recommend that you look elsewhere when planning to stay in Savannah, GA!

We were in Savannah for Spring break. House was spotless, well stocked and very comfortable. Great beds. Location was good because it was in town and close to everything while being set apart enough to be quiet!

This house is everything that you would want for a girls weekend! It has amazing southern charm. It was both relaxing and beautiful! Close to everything! When we first arrived there was a nail that was sticking up on the steps, I reached out to the number provided and it was fixed within minutes! Great communication and response. Would highly recommend this property :)

The house was perfect for us and another family to enjoy together for a long weekend. The multiple bed options and additional cot and air mattress allowed all of our children to enjoy sharing the larger room on the third floor together. The house decor was beautifully timeless and the property was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the towels were plush. We enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen and gathering together in the kitchen, dining room and living room. The location was very convenient and put us within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and sites to enjoy. It was the best short-term rental experience we’ve ever had!

Lovely home as depicted in photos and description. Parking can be a challenge as the reserved spot is not striped and so it is easy for the neighbors to double park and block the space. The units on either side are rentals, as well, and turned over frequently during our stay. Great location, but if you want quiet among more full time residents vs. tourists, then you should look further away from River Street.

All that’s missing was the fireplace! So clean and well laid out had everything we wanted and desired.
