dos funcionarios, pessimo atendimento, com exceçao do Sr Everett. A limpeza é precaria, durante estadia de 9 dias, nao limparam o quarto em 3 dias. E nao informam isso no site. A limpeza é basica, so tiram o lixo e trocam toalhas, nada mais. nao vale a pena. É caro pelo q oferta ! Nos tivemos q limpar o apto ...É impensavel isso ! veja a foto.

The couch was gross, wouldn’t sit on it. Room #404 should never text that room out again until fixed. Looks and smelled like a nasty college couch.

I chose this location and property for its price, the high reviews and convenience. Also, it was only a little over a mile from the hard rock live venue.

The AC didn’t seem to stay at a consistent temperature. It was either too cold or warm even though we adjusted the thermostat.

Breakfast was very good. Coffee excellent!

Everything was fine with the breakfast and the room.

We needed to get a taxis to get to the office of our client and to get dinner in the evening. We're foreigners so our phones were not working very well. We though the receptionist might ring the taxi for us. Nope you have to do that yourself! It seems like we don't help guests unless unless we are getting money from them! That would not happen in Ireland or UK or anywhere in Europe. They would ring the taxi for you. Being helpful costs nothing!

Perfect location! Near everything you would need. The staff was so friendly and the place was so clean. Best hotel I’ve stayed at by far. Loved how quiet the halls were too when it got late. Didn’t even feel like I had neighbors.

I’ve got no complaints! I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Extremely clean, friendly staff, great free happy hour, great breakfast (also included), free shuttle to Hard Rock (we were there for a concert), large and super clean 1 bedroom suite.

honestly, there was not anything wrong. maybe the pull out couch was a tad small, but nothing really that I didn’t like.
