Incredible view and lovely house. Wood fire made for cozy nights and great chats with friends. House was well stocked with everything we needed and had a seperate space for the kids to hang out when needed!

We made the biggest mistake by staying here only for 1 night. I really wished we had more time and stay here 3 nights instead. The view from the property just bloody amazing. Will definitely come back here again!

Living up in the tree tops with clear views this time was amazing. We have previously been to this house with mist and cold however this January, was clear and hot - so the airconditioning was great. Every view is amazing from this house, despite the weather. An enjoyable time.

This property is located with a beautiful sunset view and the host is very friendly and accommodating. It has pretty much all the required amenities and is close to an Indian restaurant. Highly recommended.

As four mature age friends meeting up after a long time apart (since high school), this allowed plenty of talk, walks in fresh mountain air, cultural experiences and good food and drink. It was very, very good.

We had a great stay. The house was as advertised. Excellent to the scenic railway/three sisters and shops. All once a 5min drive away The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The kids loved having there own bedroom / space / TV downstairs. We loved sitting around the fire watching the sunset. The chilled bottle of bubbly waiting for us in the fridge was much appreciated. Daniel was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed during Christmas in July period and loved everything... the house, the view, location... The house had everything we needed and was warm and cozy in those (very) cold winter days. The owner was great to deal with too. Looking forward to staying again. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect accomodation for a weekend in the mountains. The view from the balcony is stunning. Everything was awesome. Highly recommend

A lovely place not to be missed. Views are fab. Spaciousness and clean. A lovely retreat.

Lovely house, the upstairs is very cosy and we really enjoyed this space. The woodburner made the space really warm and cosy. We reccomend this property for a group of 6 guests, three bedrooms are upstairs in this central living space and the central dining table accommodates 6 chairs. Perfect for 6 guests maximum. Unfortunately we had 8 guests and the listing states it can sleep even more. This means 2 guests were sleeping downstairs which is a random large and cold space. The owners stipulate they prefer you to use the aircon unit rather than the gas heater (which we did actually try as it was so cold the weekend we stayed but doesn't actually work) but the aircon unit just doesn't heat the space. I am so glad we didn't need the 2nd adjoining downstairs room which was like an ice box and contained the shower room and didn't warm up at all. We didn't have enough chairs for the dining table upstairs so we had to make do with random furniture which was a shame. The check-in process was smooth and easy but we did find it bizarre the email we recieved prior to check-in... telling us that the sheets would be creased even though they were clean as it would save on cleaning costs which was unnecessarily dissappointing considering we paid over and above the average cost for a similar property. The cleaner also arrived an hour early on the day of departure which made us fuss and flap which was a shame.

Enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous part of the world. Perfectly located near Katoomba and Leura, and enjoyed a number of walks only minutes away! Our dog, Miss Ally, also loved the accommodation.

Morning coffee on the balcony with the cockatoos and the divine mountain backdrop was breathtaking. Showering with the slide-away windows open to the mountains was magical. Comfy beds and a warm and inviting atmosphere xxx

The property is in a beautiful location, is of a good size, and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing location, 3 families and a dog, teenager retreat downstairs. The views are stunning. Very helpful responsive hosts who quickly sorted out a couple of snags. We would love to return one day soon.

The house was comfortable and spacious. We had a great time.

The property has the most magnificent Blue Mountain and Megalong Valley views from both levels. It was perfectly set up to enjoy watching the changing weather as the storms rolled in. The location was very private and quiet, with lots of space surrounding the property. We hadn't explored this side of the Blue mountains before and its even more beautiful with wonderful lockouts. The property had everything we needed and was beautifully presented.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The hosts were very helpful and even left us a bottle of sparkling rosé, a pack of TimTams and a Polaroid with a pack of film to use. Would definitely stay again when planning a trip back to the Blue Mountains.

Was a lovely time away......despite inclement weather! The house has a wonderful outlook and felt miles away from anyone. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own space, yet felt homely and cosy when we were together. Our hosts were attentive and there was great communication. Thanks again!
