Close to beach and the view of Mt. taranki Filtered water

The tenants below were very loud, I'm assuming that the Tennant was hard of hearing and had the tv up so loud. He spoke very loud hours of the night. No fire alarms .

The instructions were clear and direct.

We iLike the house its very comfortable.

What I did not like was we git some kids with us and we need to ask them both be quite ecause there are people staying down stairs. Even if you request them to clean it you need to strip the bedding for them. They just allow 1 car par if you got 2 cars need to park off-street parking. The neighbor was messy. And the door downstairs you lock it from inside.we feel a bit uncomfortable because the people from down stright got access going up .I think the. PRICE is a bit expensive if that's A batch stand alone no neighbor that will be perfect.

It was a nice layout with good sized rooms. Plenty of room for the bridal party to get ready. Downstairs tenant was very understanding about us having more than one vehicle down the driveway on the morning of the wedding due to photographer, hair and makeup and parents vehicles being there for a couple of hours.

It was awfully hot. It really needs an air conditioning unit installed as we couldn't open the windows due to strong winds and heavy rain. This made for sleepless nights. Need normal lights in the bathrooms in addition to the heat lamps. Exhaust vent in bathroom needs vacuuming.

Easy to find, plenty of space in the house, quiet location, great place to base yourselves.

House was clean and spacious.

Thought the house was on the beachfront.

The property had a unpleasant smell from the garage connected down stairs!
