En ayant logé dans 4 hébergements à Sao Miguel, celui-ci est de loin le mieux. Très grand lit confortable, très bon petit déjeuner, ménage tous les jours, personnel agréable.

It was a very nice stay. The place is clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is a real one with nice options. The room is big. The layout is nice, you are not near the other people. It was quiet. I would go back without hesitation.

I would say that cleaning the towel everyday is not necessary and not really environment friendly. The locker for luggage was sometime doing weird noises.

So clean! Happy to have an all female dorm as an option.

This was my second stay with them and I absolutely love it. Staying in a 6 bed dorm (woman) only. They provide towels, a glass, and a cookie on arrival. Beds are very comfortable and there's a little curtain you can close for more privacy. The staff is exceptional and they even remembered me from last year. Nice vibe with the other guests as well. Good breakfast and perfect location in the centre of Ponta Delgada.

It was very comfortable and although I was staying in a 6 bed dorm there was still a lot of privacy with the bed layout. The breakfast was great and the staff were AMAZING

Smart hostel in the centre of the old town of Ponta Delgada. Great facilities, welcoming staff and tasty breakfast. The family room was perfect, with comfy beds, two bathrooms and a lounge area.

No elevator to get our heavy bags to the third floor.

The breakfast was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy and it was handy having a code for the door. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Everything was very modern. The location was perfect.

Pretty good breakfast. It's close to free street parking, perfect if you have a rental. Also close to a convenience store and other restaurants. And what 15 mins by foot to a mall. It's about 30-40 mins to Sete Cidades and Ilha Villa do Franca. The room setup is pretty good, there is thermostat for the room which is perfect for hot summer days, you can cool it down. You get fresh towels everyday. I slept well, considering it's a hostel, usually I can't get proper sleep when I stay in hostels. Staff is easy to communicate with. They send you info on how to check in, free parking, etc. I arrived in the evening and wanted to find a place to buy stuff and they responded quickly. Wifi is ok, not the best, but it works.

The host was exceptionally friendly and made our stay uncomplicated and fun. The room was very spacy, clean and provided everything needed. Breakfast was great!

It was modern, clean, great breakfast and Patricia at the front desk made me feel ar home. She helped with taxi and tour booking and also great conversation.

The pillows and the bed sheets were not good quality and the AC in the room didn't work as expected.

This was a pretty basic place so don’t expect any extra frills, but basic is what I expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was decent, not too hard or too soft, but the pillows were a little hard. The curtains were great…except that the thing attaching them to the rail on the ceiling didn’t allow for the curtains to go all the way to the wall so there was a 2 inch gap letting light in. It was a quiet place which was nice, and it was an easy 5 minute walk to the city gate and church. Lots of good food in the area. Overall nice hostel/hotel. (Note: I had a private room.)

The biggest issue for me was the curtains not going all the way over. It was so close and the curtains were amazingly thick (I like it dark when I sleep) so it was disappointing that the rail thing physically would not go over any farther. Breakfast wasn’t great. There was one of those metal containers with eggs and bacon but nothing to actually keep them warm. I went to breakfast at 8:15 one day, just 15 minutes after breakfast starts, and they were already cold.

Fantastic breakfast always freshly prepared each morning. The rooms were nicely laid out with lots of communal and private spaces. Locker storage was easy and secure. It was a great place to stay as a solo traveller and great location.

I don't have any improvements, the hostel was exactly what I needed and a great place to stay.
