Beautiful accommodation with 1st class equipment and a comfy bed, great communication, ultra clean whilst being welcoming, excellent local guide

The only grumble was that the parking space was under a tree and the car was covered in sap. But this is really picky and just a part of life.

The apartment had everything you could possibly need and the sofa and bed were really comfortable. It's a lovely little apartment in a really beautiful place.

Lovely clean property with everything you could possibly need. No need to take your own food basics, was amazed to find the fridge contained milk, spread, jams, wine, beer, juice and even a couple of chocolate snacks as well as a loaf of bread, tea and coffee. Very comfy bed and a brilliant shower. Was good to have an allocated parking space.

Good base to explore the local area. Cosy apartment that was well equipped. Local pub a short walk away for a nice pint. If wanting food there are a good selection of pubs and eating places about a 20 minute walk away, or a 5min taxi ride for under a fiver! Good communication from the owner. Would definitely use again.

Nothing really. Steps a little steep on way down to the apartment which may pose a bit of an issue to some, but that's just a minor detail.

Fantastic stay at Pell Dell apartment! This little gem was a last minute find and we certainly wasn’t disappointed. Me, my wife and our 2 cats spent 4 nights here and we wish we could have stayed longer. What a cute, homely place this really is. The whole apartment was quirky and fantastic and more than large enough for our trip. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you so much for our stay and we hope to return soon!

Fabulous, designed extremely well, extremely high spec, lovely and warm, quality toiletries complementary, perfect retreat for two. Cooking is our hobby, always take basics but the welcome pack was beyond expectations.

Just an observation, a small table for evening meals would be lovely, however, there is a breakfast bar with stools

Had absolutely everything you could need, warm, comfortable, well equipped and totally self contained so perfect if you don’t want to be disturbed.

There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like..

Very, very thoughtful host. Over and above extras. Tea, coffee, a Christmas tree, beer, wine, bread, butter, eggs, dog biscuits, chocolates and more. Very comfortable. If the weather had been better it would have been perfect. It was December so. Well done Sara and Graham.

Lovely basement apartment with all facilities you need, it felt like home from home. Everything was very clean, the bed in the bedroom was super comfy, the kitchen was fully equipped and the host was so kind that she even left some food and drinks for us in the fridge on our arrival:) The place is dog friendly which was important to us and there was a free car park available just outside. Excellent value for money, we wished we could stay longer. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and we hope to be back one day:) Thank you again! x

The only small disadvantage was the noise from the water pump in the bathroom, but otherwise, all great.

Excellent value for money. Excellent hamper, a range of foods and drinks left for our use. Excellent range of toiletries. Excellent range of cleaning products. Excellent range of facilities. Excellent quality of bed linen/towels etc. Very warm and clean.

Great stay in the winter months but the lack of natural light may be a problem for some guests in the summer. However, we presume the host compensates for this in the pricing as it was excellent value for money when compared to other properties available.

Perfect location close enough to Holmfirth to walk but also in a very quiet area away from town with lovely walks close-by and a great local pub.

Loved every bit of it nice quirky basement apartment nicely furnished very clean good lighting and well set out good size bathroom and decent kitchen with coffee machine and all appliances. There was a good welcome brochure with loads of good information also loved the nice little touches like chocolate and wine in the fridge, eggs and bread nice location definitely home from home and definitely going back .good parking.

A bit too far away from town centre good twenty minutes walk away but can easily get a taxi. The steps going into apartment a bit steep people should be made aware of them

An absolute gem. Very tasteful use of space. Everything you would need, and the ‘little’ touches were much appreciated, it’s not often you get towelling robes in a self-catering cottage. On arrival we had bread, eggs,milk, baked beans, wine & beer!! Communication prior to arrival was excellent. Love this place 😊
