James was the absolute best in helping us with our stay. The condo was just perfect! Great location, roomy living space so that no one felt on top of each other. Accepts pets and even had food and water bowls for them. Will definitely be back!

James is an example ALL property managers should follow. Very helpful and very good communication. The condo is clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the entire family. This was our second visit to this condo and will return.

This is a very nice, clean and updated condo. The layout was perfect for our group (1 couple + 1 couple w 2 kids) because there is a master bedroom/bath on one side of the house and 2 rooms/bathrooms are on the other side. Kitchen is right in the middle and was very well stocked. There was also a small sitting area w a fold out bed available. Main living area is spacious with large couch and both outdoor balconies have a nice view. Our property manager was extremely communicative and responsive from day one. All instructions were clear and helpful. And the Beach Club (separate entity) was a must. There are 2 different pools and other amenities The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars on "Accuracy of Online Listing" is because while it mentions there is a bay view and "short drive" to beach, you need to know this unit it one of the furthest from the beach access point and it is across the street from the beach as well. But they are correct that is is a short drive. I just think it might be nice to clarify even more, if possible. But this is very minor and we recommend this property and company 100%.

We enjoyed our vacation to Galveston. We would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but there were dead flies and what looked like wasp in the home when we arrived. But we did enjoy the beach!

Great condo, very clean, nice views. Ww wished it was a bit closer to "town" where all of the restaurants, attractions are. Pool was closed but hot tub was open. Overall, great visit.

This property was the perfect set up for our family’s weeklong stay. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The sunsets off the balcony were beautiful. The pool and beach access was a quick drive and easy parking. The furniture was all comfy. James was attentive to all our questions and check in and check out was super easy. Our only complaint was the elevator was unreliable. We would stay here again.

Spacious and clean with great views!

We could not have asked for a more wonderful stay. The Hospitality, Beach Club, Beach, Rental, sunrises, sunsets were all amazing. We left feeling very Blessed and ate looking forward to our next visit.

We were looking for a quiet getaway to decompress from stressful jobs, and this was it! Condo was fabulous and hosts were too! We WILL be back!

Very clean and well kept property. Short walk to the Gulf, great views of the West Galveston Bay. The Pointe West Restaurant makes fabulous food, highly recommend the grilled oysters.

The condo was in a great location and it had it everything we needed for nice holiday week in Pointe West.

We so enjoyed our stay here . We rented a golf cart which was a great idea . They have golf cart trails all over the pointe west resort . We were able to drive the golf cart all the way to the beach or we could just drive across the street and walk to the beach . It was perfect for us . Just a few things so you know it was 30 minutes from the town of Galveston which for is we enjoyed being away from so many people . Not being down this area I did not know that but like I said it did not bother us at all but my younger kids and their family might have enjoyed being closer to town . We highly recommend this place it was wonderful .

I couldn't believe how nice this place is. We had enough room to be out of each other's way. The views were gorgeous. We were able to relax after riding motorcycles all day.

We had an issue and the owner was on top of it immediately. Would stay there again.

Down on the quiet west end. Loved the large deck overlooking the bay, was nice watching the storms come in.

The property exceeded our expectations, I spent an unbelievable birthday at it this week: Great location, by the sea and inside a beautiful development; Perfect size for our party of 8, magnific layout for privacy and social gathering; Everything that one can require was available, very convenient and in perfect condition; Views are among the best in the island, nights were so peaceful and the beach club was without a doubt another unexpected plus. I can probably go on and on because it had so many positive details and I believe it was absolutely the perfect vacation property for us, 100% recommended. We congratulate and thank the host for a magnificent job keeping the property in such good condition and we are all looking forward to coming back again soon.

We had a wonderful time at this fully stocked condo- it had everything we needed! Pack light and enjoy the incredible views! James took great care of us by texting us to let us know when it was ready, to helping us out when we left something behind. I can't recommend this place enough!

What a great condo with an amazing view! Very well furnished and appointed with everything needed to settle in and relax with everything Pointe West has to offer! We're home and miss the balcony sunsets already!

We enjoyed our stay. While the location is a bit of a drive from Galveston tourist spots, the community had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The home was clean and the views were beautiful.

The location was great. The property had two pools which was fun for the kids. The restaurant on the property was great and reasonably priced.

This property was wonderful. Easy check-in & quick communication with property manager. Upon arrival the condo was spotless & beautifully decorated. Kitchen was fully stocked. The location was everything! If you’re looking for seclusion, relaxation & views for days...look no further! Once you step out onto the balcony you will feel right where you need to be. We stay in Pointe West 3-5 times per year and while our normal condo was not available, this unit was just as nice, clean and perfect for our stay! Highly recommend it to everyone!
