Yo won't be disappointed with Cape Haven. Sandra was wonderful and the place is clean, well appointed and in a great location. Loved it!

Our girls weekend was fabulous and made even better by Sandy and her property. The house is gorgeous, updated, all the amenities and perfectly located. Sandy, the host, was so kind and accommodating! Very easy to get a hold of and checked in to make sure we were happy and got there ok. I would absolutely stay there again!

We could walk everywhere in PTown from this wonderful home. Plus, there’s a great private patio and grill. The house has everything you could want for a fun-filled stay.

Delightful stay for our family, of all adult members to rest, relax and enjoy. We particularly appreciated the very comfortable beds and fluffy towels! The location is great for strolling down Commercial Street or going out for dinner. Great choice !

We fell in LOVE with Cape Haven and its excellent host Sandra McAvoy! This lovely 3 story, 3 BR home is quietly situated 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance from all the eateries, shopping, activities of downtown PTown. The home had every single accommodation we needed and more, especially in the kitchen. Each BR was super comfortable and quiet with its own bath. Sandra also provides lots of helpful instructions and tips about how to manage the home (appliances, technology, etc) as well as great tips for where to eat in her “Read Me” binder. I definitely bookmarked this home for future and highly recommend it for groups of 6 (even though I sort of want to keep it a secret - wink, wink). Thanks for everything Sandra!!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this home and it’s absolutely wonderful. Perfect space for 3 couples - each room with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The mattresses, pillows, and linens are all super comfortable. Great outdoor patio in the back and so conveniently close to all our favorite west end spots. Sandy is an awesome and communicative host. Always love and appreciate our time here!

Our group loved this rental. It’s truly in the perfect location and has very comfortable beds. Each bedroom having an en suite bathroom was a big plus. Sandy was very communicative and helpful as well!

Rented this property with different set of friends for welcoming 2021 definitely left an impression so rented again to welcome 2023. As before amazing place to rent. Enough space for everyone with a big enough living area and kitchen to gather around when not busy walking around PTOWn. Sandy is great with her communication and very responsive. First trip to PTown for our group…condo is walking distance from the ferry (although we took a taxi). Property is new, immaculate and FULLY stocked…centrally located (to everything). Property owner was great.

This is a very well-appointed condo (that is much larger than most condos). There is ample space, a great kitchen for cooking -and a nice back patio for cocktails and coffee. The place is spotless. It is a 2 minute walk to Commercial Street. Sandy is a thoughtful host and excellent communicator. Checkin and checkout were seamless. I would happily stay here again.

We had high expectations for our stay at Cape Haven and were not disappointed. Beautiful condo with great location and every amenity one could ask for. Sandy was great to work with-she was immediately responsive to every question. During our stay, she had to replace the fire table on the patio and she went to great effort to ensure that it did not inconvenience us. Leon, the property manager lives close by and is also very available. All in all, a great experience. My only regret is that we tried to book this again for Carnival week next year, but were too late.

We had such a nice time during our week in Provincetown. The townhouse is in a very convenient location, a short walk to everything. The property is meticulously maintained and better equipped than any rental property we've ever stayed at. A winner!

The property is really great - clean, well stocked, and very functional. All the appliances and furniture seem new. It's also in a great location convenient to the beaches and to access both Commercial and Bradford Streets. Sandy was very responsive and proactively checking on us before and during our stay. This is a fantastic property that is very nicely appointed and conveniently located near everything Provincetown has to offer. Sandy is an excellent host and communicated perfectly, making sure we were all set for our week long stay. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything your could possibly need, the washer and dryer were great to do a quick load a laundry, the A/C worked great, and the internet was fast! Would highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying there again soon!

We had such an amazing stay. The property is very beautiful and very spacious. The location is unbeatable. You are only a block from Commercial Street but also in a very quiet area. The property is stocked with every possible thing you can think of. The outdoor space and BBQ grill was the highlight of our stay and we could not have been happier. Best stay ever.

This location was great and very close to everything. The place had great AC, good working grill, and really new kitchen appliances. We would have liked more comfortable seating in the living room area, but was not a major issue since we spent most of our time out and about.

This propoerty fit our family perfectly, and had just everything we could need. The beds were super-comfy, kitchen was top-grade, and at 1 block from Commercial St, super close to all you need, easy to get out to beaches, while very quiet. We’ve stayed in many different places in PTown over the years and nothing compares to Cape Haven. The condo was immaculately clean, perfectly updated, and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The location can’t be beat and the layout was great for our family and friends. We will definitely return :)

Modern clean well stocked condo with convenient access to everything in ptown

Spacious and modern condo right in the heart of PTown, just one block off commercial but tucked away nicely to provide some quiet. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out with king beds and separate bathrooms for every room. Nice middle level living area and great kitchen with almost everything you would need to cook just about any meal. Nice coffee maker, espresso machine, and coffee grinder will save you the expense of buying in town. Decent sized outdoor patio with a grill and a dual table/fire pit to relax outside. Washer/dryer, plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and other amenities so you can pack light and still be prepared to enjoy everything PTown has to offer. Sandy is very responsive and quick with any requests (the only one we had was a propane tank that had run out and she had one at our door the next morning). Seamless check-in/check-out process. Highly recommend!

Loved returning to Cape Haven. We had so much fun last year, it was a given that we’d return. Property is in such a great location and we all loved having our own bathrooms. We’ve stayed in several properties in town and would definitely recommend the property. Owner is wonderfully communicative and was flexible in letting us drop our bags when we arrived early.

It is with pleasure that we give accolades to this property in every category. The renovation is recent and each of the 3 en suite bedrooms offers a plush experience. The beds are super comfortable and it is wonderful that all 3 of them are king size. The entire house is super well equipped, from hairdryers and hair straighteners to every kitchen appliance and gadget and tons of premium cable channels, the owner has paid great attention to detail. There is a wonderful patio with a table and chairs and numerous chairs that one can bring to the beach as well. The place was left very clean and Sandy checked in with us to make sure everything was operational and satisfactory. We are pretty discerning guests and were impressed in every respect!

This place was wonderful - the best of our five summer visits to PTown. The listing and photos are extremely accurate, and Sandy was a very kind and responsive host. There were several issues from the previous guests that Sandy helped address for us. Can’t say enough about the convenience of the location and comfort of the beds, too! We hope to stay in this property again on a future trip.
