Our stay at the cottage was lovely. It is a sweet little summer house, only three minutes walk to the beach. My family enjoyed it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lucy's place. It was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach and we appreciated the supplied linens, beach chairs, and basic supplies that made the stay even easier!

Loved this cottage- just a quick walk to the beach. Quiet at night but close enough to the fun in PTown. We had plenty of room for our family of four plus our dog and hope to return next year!

This was our second stay at Lucy’s. We fully enjoyed our time. Highly recommend to all. Fits all my must haves: beach just steps away, clean and has all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable

We felt the cottage was well taken care of and clean. However it was located directly behind a very large resort and the service entrance is exactly behind the cottage. There we’re a lot of workers hanging out smoking and lingering all day next to the house. There is also a very busy resort to the side of the house which was filled with partiers which could be heard all night. However, the place was comfortable inside and had everything needed. It’s also very convenient to enjoy the beach with your dog and family.

Lucy’s Place is bright and welcoming. The beach is only a short walk down the gravel road. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. Great communication. Nice getaway.

The house was a little smaller than we were expecting, but was still fine for my spouse and I. It was clean, had supplies, and was close to town. The surrounding area was made up of a few hotels and other cottages, but was never really an issue. The beach was about a 3 minute walk from the front door, which was super convenient to have sunset cocktails, walking our dogs, etc.

The overall beach experience was beautiful. The beach was close and the area in general is very beautiful. The house was very comfortable and clean, and well equipped. the only down side was that the house was so close to a resort/timeshare and the indoor pool area was very loud. Really can't blame people for having fun but it was not quiet.

We had a perfect week staying at Lucy's. The access is easy, there are lights outdoors. The kitchen was well equipped and the sitting area melted me the couch. We were a short walk to the beach and a hop in a car to downtown. We're definitely going to stay again

Thanks so much for the accommodations. Everything was clean and we loved being able to walk into town. When the sun did come out, we enjoyed a long walk on the beach.

This was our second time renting Lucy’s Place. Brendan is an incredible host. We had to make some adjustments due to unexpected family needs and he was incredibly kind and accommodating. Lucy’s place is just the best for our family of two grown-ups, two small dogs, and one small human. We hope to be back again next spring or summer!

Second year heading to PTown to see the right whales. This time we have our rescue dog from Texas that we brought for her 1st road trip! The place was a perfect set up to get out for walks. The area was quiet. The couple with the light blue door down the street with three of their dogs were more than gracious knowing that our pup was in training. We even got them together for a short walk to the beach! We had some rain and wind one night so we stayed in and played some miscellaneous games! Foodie Fight was the best! Truly felt like we picked the right place to stay! Thank you!!

We loved our stay at Lucy’s place! Exceptionally clean and updated. We loved the little yard and proximity to the ocean. We especially loved that we were able to take our pup with us! We plan on returning in late spring!

We enjoyed our stay at Lucy’s Place, it was a very convenient location to walk to the bay, our pups loved it too. Furnishings were very nice and comfortable. We had a great stay and will come back again.

I had a lovely experience here. Great cozy home base close walk to beach for sunsets. Quick drive into town and so close to the spectacular dune shack trails! Loved it.

Lucy’s place was a wonderful place to stay. It was right on the beach and very close to all the fun activities. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was a perfect cozy spot for our family, two grown-ups, two kids, two dogs. The dog friendly bay beach at the end of the road was absolutely gorgeous - sunsets were amazing, seashells were abundant, and we loved watching the tide roll in and out SO quickly. So many beaches and restaurants were accessible via car or the bus that stopped on the road just across from the property. The highlight was the bike ride through the national park - the first bike path in a national park! - with its gorgeous view of the dunes. This little home base was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy Provincetown, strongly recommend it.

Provincetown/Truro area was interesting and fun. We enjoyed exploring and finding new restaurants, sites and beaches. Cottage is a pleasant place to “chill out” and return to at the end of the day. Has all the comforts of home.

I loved the location of this property. Close to everything! The home was comfortable and clean. We had a great time.

Lucy's Place was clean, beachy, had everything we needed and was super cute! The beach is walking distance and dog friendly. Low tide was expansive with warm water and gentle waves (when we were there)It was just minutes away from Commercial street P town. If we had bikes we would have biked there. Brendan was responsive and had good suggestions. The only thing I could say negative was that it abutted two hotels. That being said it was really quiet. This would not deter us from coming back. A true hidden gem!

Very nice house. My wife, myself and our small dog lived our stay here. Close maybe 5 houses from beach. Took our own beach chairs, cooler and relaxed overlooking Provincetown harbor. We would definitely stay again.

I stayed here after my daughter's graduation with my parents. Four of us fit easily into the space. The location next to the beach was great. We walked out there on arrival to see the sunset. Walking to Provincetown was too far for us all, but it's an easy drive. We went to Coast Guard Beach and First Encounter Beach over the next 2 days. The house has everything you need and is very quiet, which is what we wanted. Cons, it looks onto a parking lot and the bunk beds are a little low for adults, but moving the ladder helps! Pros, location is great, very cute & comfortable, well-designed interior, fully functional kitchen (which we utilized), great parking next to the cabin, peaceful and restful place. The host was very responsive and super helpful. I would definitely highly recommend & stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay for an extended weekend. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was close to the beach and made for nice relaxing evenings after busy days. It is a great location, close to P-town without being right in the middle of everything. We would love to stay here again!
