We were in Vegas for a bowling tournament. Little further away from south point then we wanted to be but we had a great time using the pool and hot tub and hanging out with our friends. Would definitely stay here again

Great location and great property just never got the tvs to work

Great property with beautiful pool and spa! Great neighborhood and centrally located. Owners very responsive when we had issue with pool cleaner and spa. Would definitely rent again.

We loved the home. Five adults were comfortable in this convenient and quiet location. House was well-appointed with basics and was very clean. We will likely be re-booking this property in the future!

Beautiful property, cozy beds and couches!

This place had everything we needed and more. I rented for several days over the 2023 Christmas week and filled it up with family & friends. Very clean, more than adequate sleeping capacity for at least 12 people (9 people total for our stay). Property manager was responsive and quick to take care of any questions/needs we presented. Very quiet neighborhood. Everyone loved the gameroom and bar. Plenty of bathrooms and never ran out of hot water. Highly recommended place to stay!

Great house with plenty of entertainment. A short Uber to the strip, but had just as much fun at the house. Property manager readily available. Will stay here again.

Overall the stay was good, there was a barking dog that kept up all day and night for a couple of days. The pool was not heating the first day, with the manager's help by phone and my son's help in person, we were able to clean the filters that were terribly clogged and get the heat working again. No offer of a refund of part of the heating fee. We left a list of things that weren't working or needed attention. There was plenty of space though for the 9 of us to spread out.

I recommend this place...very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable...

The property was exactly as listed. Rick and hus crew were extraordinary with communication. We look forward to staying here our next trip out. Thank you for the hospitality.

House was beautiful and very roomy. We were 12 adults and we all enjoyed it. Great kitchen! Overall a great place to stay.

Overall my experience was nice at this property. My only complaint was that the AC downstairs wasn’t working and it was really hot. Thankfully the AC in the bedrooms was working fine so we didn’t have trouble sleeping at night. I also had to clean all the leaves from the pool because it was dirty and the vacuum wasn’t working. Other than that the house was very nice and within 20 minutes of everywhere in Vegas.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the pool and the game room. It kept everyone entertained. The proximity to the strip was great too. Its only about 3 miles from the main strip and less to freemont street. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

This home was amazing! The home was just as described in the listing, well furnished, adequate space and a short drive to the strip. The owner was very responsive. It was great getting in the pool and hot tub daily. Paying the additional fee for heating the pool was worth it. I look forward to my return.

Property was very clean and well laid out with lots of room for our group of 7 to sleep. There seems to be a long list of rules but they're all pretty much common sense once you're there.

Everything was just as shown. The house was very clean and everything was in good working order, including the pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Would definitely come back and stay here again some day, or rent other properties from the same owner.

This property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It is just as described in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from the strip. The only issue I had were the excessive rules in addition to the multitude of cameras. I have stayed in other properties over the years and I expect there to be some guidelines with regard to conduct and consideration for neighbors however, the curfew of being indoors at a certain time as well as being monitored on camera while on vacation was quite honestly-intrusive. While I certainly understand that the current rules were implemented due to previous unruly guests, it felt like we were being penalized. Perhaps all of the conditions should be posted prior so that guests can decide before booking. Also, be advised that Covid-19 toilet paper and paper towel restrictions are also enforced with only one roll provided per stay and no toiletries are provided either which was new and interesting.

We loved the house and all the extras that were included. The pictures online were accurate as to what the house looked like when we arrived. Easy to access transportation. Close enough to the strip and Downtown but quiet neighborhood.

We were in LV for a trade show and I stayed here with 2 other work colleagues. Comfy beds and quiet neighborhood. I would recommend staying here although there are many rules and regulations.

I’d definitely stay here again! We had 10 ppl with more than enough room and area for everyone. The house was clean, comfortable beds, nice backyard.

Stayed with a group of guys for a military hockey tournament. Place was close to everything but far away enough to be quiet and relaxing. Definitely recommend this to others. Had a great time

There were a lot of rules to this house compared to any other home I've stayed in, but that could just be because of it being in Las Vegas and the rules for short term rentals in certain parts of the city. Check in was easy. Jason the property manager was easy to communicate with. Early in the morning on our last day the fire alarm went off. Jason answered my phone call and helped us resolve the issue (faulty alarm). My only negative comment would be there was not any bar soaps provided in bathrooms for showering. Could have been an oversight or perhaps they just aren't provided which would also be unusual to any VRBO home I've rented. Home is located about 20 min from the airport rental car facility.

Everything was great here and Jason was very responsive to my texts. If you are used to having a dark bedroom bring a mask because the shades block no sun! Other than that loved it all. Would stay again.

The house was awesome. The property manager was great! All questions were answered in a timely manner. We will definitely be back!

We had a good time. Not great. Pool was disappointing. Debris was around on the ground. Floats were mostly unusable. Pool git dirty due to vacuum hose being broke. Had to clean out leaves from pool every day. Tvs didn't work properly. Icemaker in mancave didn't work.

The property was amazing. From the cleanliness of the home, to ease of check- in, and location. We sincerely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
