The apartment was really clean and this is a quiet apartment. Ilidia and Alexandra were really nice. Near the train station to visit Lisbon and Sintra.

Location is within walking distance of the Centro Historico and the Castelo Mouro. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the private garden patio wonderful for enjoying a cup of tea or a glass of wine outside. Most wonderful were our hosts Ilidia and Alexandra. We took their recommendations and were not disappointed! We had a car otherwise this would be a long walk from the train station with bags - just to note this for anyone coming by train with heavier suitcases.

Maison bien placée pour les visites sur SINTRA. Maison un peu dans le noire avec une chambre sans fenêtre. Logement pour 3 personnes et non 4 , car il y a une chauffeuse qui sert de lit et donc non confortable pour un adulte.

Sur les 2 chambres ; Dans une des 2 , il y a 2 lits séparés, genre lit de camp avec 30 cms de chaque côté pour circuler autour des lits ! Elle n'a pas de fenêtre ni sa salle de bain. Il y a donc tromperie et Abritel est, pour nous, complice ! Les propriétaires qui habitent au dessus font du bruit dès 7 h le matin, sans se soucier des locataires du dessous ! Nous ne passerons plus par Abritel .

Gîte confortable et très Bien situė. Cadeaux de bienvenue très apprėciés. Accueil sympa. Dommage qu'il y ait du bruit.

Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist sehr zentral. Die Wohnung ist sauber aber alt, es gibt nur einen Mini Fernseher. Was wirklich sehr gestört hat, war der Lärm der Mitbewohner. Von 20 Uhr bis mindestens 24 Uhr waren die sehr laut. Teilweise hat nachts der Hund heftig gebellt.

The accommodations were good for 3 people, with a double bed bedroom with a huge amount of clothing storage capacity. In another single bed bedroom there is convertible chair bed, which we used, making this bedroom rather tight. The hosts were given no warning that we would be 4 adults, but did pleasantly accept the situation. The kitchen is the pride and joy of this dwelling.. Well stocked and great layout.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous tenons à remercier la propriétaire qui a été au peits soin pour nous; Appartement équipé très agréables situé dans un quartier calme et agréable., proche de toute commodité (station de train, supermaché, restaurant, parc pour enfants, etc Petit bémol: on entend les bruits du voisinage du dessus. Malgré cela, nous recommandons fortement ce logement.

Evereything was to our utmost satisfaction. We were two couples(2 over 60 and 2 thirty years old). Every couple had its privacy and could cook and eat in a spacious room. Aperitiv on the terrace. We missed nothing and can recommend the appartement to everyone. Christinℜné Huber from Switzerland

He brought us to a great grocery store so we could get food and waited for us and then brought us back to our apartment with no extra charge. Great part of Portugal and a great apartment. We loved it.

Gorgeous appartment located close to Sintra town. Not far at all to resteraunts, supermarket, bars on foot. Property was immaculately clean and tidy. Property owner was lovely! So welcoming and helpful. She showed us lots of local attractions and places to check out. There’s great transport links near by, and Uber taxis find it well. If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful place to stay then this is your place.

Tiene tres cosas buenas. - Ilidia es agradable y atenta, habla mucho pero con paciencia te lo explica todo. Además hay unas istrucciones o indicaciones escritas sobre la zona. - Tiene la estación de tren para ir a Lisboa muy cerca. - Puedes aparcar al lado de la casa. Por poner alguna pega, decir que al estar la casa en un alto, todo empieza cuesta abajo y si vas caminando, luego hay que subirlo. Sintra es muy bonito pero las cuestas no te las quita nadie. La casa cumple, una habitación es grande y la otra pequeña. Muy bien suministrada de utensilios de cocina. Y libros de recetas para el que quiera. Por todo ello, la recomendamos. Gracias Ilidia

Het appartement zelf is prima. Alles erop en eraan. Echter het bed was minder. Slecht matras en smal. In de buurt waren erg veel blaffende honden tot midden in de nacht. Kennelijk hebben de Portugezen hier zelf geen last van, maar wij wel. Het verstoorde in ieder geval wel onze nachtrust. Sintra zelf is heel mooi, maar ook heel toeristisch.

Nous y avons passé 10 jours : l'appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme de Sintra. Vous êtes à 5 minutes à pieds de l'arrêt de la gare (Portela de Sintra), très utile pour se rendre à Lisbonne, ( 1 train tous les 30 minutes direct à Rossio), car se rendre en voiture à Lisbonne est fortement déconseillé ( parkings chers et très peu de places), vous avez 2 supermarchés à 7 minutes à pieds, vous êtes dans le centre de Sintra à 10 minutes à pieds et au Palais National de Sintra à 15 minutes maximum! L'appartement est equipé vraiment de tout et est d'une proprété absolue ! De plus panier garni avec spécialités local et bouteille de vin ! Les propropriétaires sont très gentilles et discrètes, mais là si vous avez besoin, à notre arrivée elles ont fourni toutes les explications nécessaires à notre séjour. Place pour la voiture devant l'immeuble. Tout vraiment au top à recommander sans faute! Merci à la propriétaire , continuez comme ça!

My family (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for 8 days. It’s a very quiet location but convenient to get to the main sites around Lisbon. The train station for the Lisbon service is less than 10 mins walk away and the main Sintra palace is also walkable. If you hire a car as we did, there is plenty of free parking around the house. The accommodation itself is a self contained floor with an independent entrance and the owner lives on the floor below. It has all you would need for a self catered holiday and is clean and comfortable. The only downside we found that it was a bit cold at times but that shouldn’t be a problem in the main tourist seasons. The owner and her daughter are very helpful and considerate: knowing our very late arrival time, they had bread/cheese/ham and a selection of local goodies waiting for us! Would definitely recommend the place.

Comfortable space. Easy to be in with two and a half year old. Well equipped, we would have liked an oven/grill but perhaps we are unusual! Great having two bathrooms. Great having outdoor space too. Nice views. Llidia was lovely and provided delicious Portuguese pastries! Her daughter speaks really good English which was very helpful. Supermarket, cafes, shops. buses and trains about 10 minute walk away, downhill. Steep hill back which is ok depending on what you are carrying! We used Uber taxis a lot with no problems. Good internet access. All in all a very good stay.

Casa acolhedora, com varanda com uma vista previligiada sobre Sintra, situada numa zona central a dois passos da Vila de Sintra e de tudo o que precisei, ( supermercados, bancos etc) A proprietária foi sempre muito disponível e até nos brindou, á entrada, com uns Doces tradicionais de boas vindas!
