We loved this property, the condo was clean, smelled good, communication was great and layout was perfect with a bathroom for each bedroom. Kitchen had what we needed and we loved the location and setting of this condo. Thank you

As advertised, Terry is a great host and responds rapidly. She helped us overcome some unfortunate glitches with VRBO. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would happily stay there again.

We loved staying here! It was beautiful and just as described. My daughter loved “the whale room.” We had plenty of space and this is an excellent location for all activities. We’d love to stay here again !

Great location, responsive host, wonderful property. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, rain umbrellas, soap, shampoo, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, spices and some pantry staples. We never needed the AC-just opened the windows for the lovely breeze! We used the lanai a lot.

We love staying at The Plantation at Princeville. It is such a great complex in an awesome part of the island. The unit was great. Really clean and stocked with everything you would need during your stay.

The property was very clean and the descriptions in the welcome email were very helpful for us as we arrived after a long day of travel. Terry was very communicative and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. Would highly recommend!

We were so thrilled to be in Hawaii, the condo was clean and well organized. The bathroom towels were like brand new ( so soft), having a guide book to utilize helped out tremendously during our visit. The beds were great and the room for our teens to lounge was a hit. Having a washer and dryer in the unit with detergent was a huge plus in our eyes! We did appreciate that beach towels, chairs and umbrellas that were available. I think the only thing that would have made the stay better would be to have umbrellas and beach chairs that weren’t already damaged. Probably need to be replaced with newer ones. The room with the two twin beds struggled to cool down at night even with fans on, not sure how to make that better. This trip was a big family vacation and we fell in love with the Princeville area. Just wish we had more time. Definitely will be recommending this place to all who want to visit Kauai.

It was our first trip to Kauai and we wanted to explore the North and South shores. The condo was a perfect home base for exploring all the North Shore beaches and had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and we loved dining on the lanai and swimming in the pool and hot tub nightly. Walking distance for older kids/adults to hideaways beach which was amazing and also walking distance to Queens bath which had unfortunately closed for the season. It was plenty big for us and our 4 kids (12, 11, 8, 5) and if we have the chance to return we would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Everything was as advertised! Host - Terry was quick to respond to our questions about the area making our stay even better! Well equipped unit satisfied every need! Couldn’t walk to beach but drive was short.

We had a wonderful stay at Rob and Terry's condo! The property was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything from cookware to spices. And the beach gear was invaluable for our stay. Terry responded almost immediately to any questions we had and gave us great ideas for places to go during our visit. This is a wonderful property that our family loved. It was clean, well-supplied, and convenient to many places on the North Shore. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is laid out just perfectly with the right amount of space. It was my husband, myself and our 4 children ages 17 to 22. The kitchen was perfect and had everything and more needed to prepare meals. Terry makes this feel like a 4 star resort with comfortable furnishings, extra pillows, lush towels and nice beds. The pool and hot tub is just a short walk away and we ended all our days relaxing in the hot tub. The beaches were all a drive away and parking can be tricky at some but we were able to navigate them all. We loved visiting the town of Hanalei which is a short drive away and walked a couple mornings to Princeville shops for coffee and acaii bowls. We fell in love with Kaui and we are thankful we had such a lovely place to call home for a few days. Ran out of laundry detergent and Terry had her manager drop some the next day. The level of service was some of the best we have had and we have traveled extensively. The bedrooms can get a little toasty overnight. We are big fans of fresh air so opened all the windows whenever possible, but it was hot and muggy when we were in Lanai. No air in the guest rooms FYI, but there are plenty of fans so at night we put on the AC left the doors to the bedrooms open with fans blowing and it was perfectly comfortable for the kids. We would definitely come back again and our hope it to do it again some day!!!! Thanks Terry.

Place was clean and location was excellent

We had a wonderful stay in Princeville and would definitely stay here again. Communication was great, location was just what we were looking for! The house was very clean, loved the morning breezes on the lanai, the pool was fun for an after dinner swim for our teens. Such a wonderful visit, mahalo!

This is by far a very special place. Birds singing . Garden backyard. Peaceful. Nearby stores yet quiet and relaxing. Great check in and detailed info. Master King bed is SO comfy. Perfect hot water and flow! Terry was so easy to get in touch with re parking questions. Will for sure come back to stay. Pool and hot tub in the community . Breeze on this second condo is lovely! Well located in Princeville, close to grocery store and other shopping. The kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub. The pool doesn’t seem to be heated, but it wasn’t an issue for us (especially with the hot tub right there). Nice breeze through the apartment with the windows open. Kids bedroom is nicely separated from the adult bedrooms. Great activity chest with kid things. Overall a great place and we would go back.

This was our second time at this condo. First trip was in 2020. Terry was so prompt to reply to questions and helpful. We know the area well, so we did not need much "what to do" advice. Had family seeing the island for the first time and they were awestruck with its beauty. No complaints at all about this unit.

Awesome place super clean and plenty of room!

This condo was exceptional in its luxurious design. The owners were generous providing everything you needed from sunscreen to coffee beens. Nothing was missing. We had a great stay. You need to take the car everywhere. We went to the nearby town of Hanalei, it got the surf vibe we were looking for.

We very much enjoyed staying at this wonderful condo. Great location, very comfortable and had everything in the kitchen needed to make a proper meal. We enjoyed the pool and spa too. The lanai was great, a nice dinning table and two great chairs to relax on and enjoy the landscape. We'll definitely go back. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely unit! It was perfect for my family. Plenty of room for meals and games and privacy with the three bedrooms. Decor was very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect for our daily adventures and the equipment in the garage was just what we needed for the beach. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Terry was so attentive and easy to communicate with. We hope we can visit again!

Terry was an ideal host. She communicated all the information we needed to access parking, swimming pool, and barbecue grill. The property is close to a beautiful walkway surrounded golf course. You are 8-10 minutes away from Hanalei Beach.

This place is wonderful. Nice, clean, spacious, best location, and nice big lanai great for hanging out.

The property was exactly what we needed for our 9 day and 8 night vacation. We had 3 adults, 1 teen, and 1 11 year old and we had plenty of room. The unit has plenty of supplies and is very clean. Terry was always in communication with me and very responsive. There is a shopping center just a short drive away and is close to multiple beautiful beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. The apartment is well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was that the spare bedrooms didn't cool down with the AC. We had a great time. Thank you Terry!
