Location was amazing.

The aircon units kept breaking down. They fixed it once after much chasing, but then ignored our messages when broke again.

The apartment has recently been refurbished and is finished to a hotel standard. New fluffy towels and good quality bed linen. Very clean. Fantastic location with a balcony overlooking the Lake and 1 km walk from the old town. Short walk to a supermarket, bakers, butchers, fruit shop and cafe. If the Landlord thought about his tenants and made some small investments this could be a fantastic place to stay.

No Smart TV's, so it was not possible to stream Netflix. The heating (towel rails) in the bathrooms were not working, when we advised the agent of this, it became the landlord was already aware of this, yet they had not resolved the problem before, or during our stay. This was November - cold bathrooms and permanently damp towels. No bread knife, clothes drying rail, bottle opener, sieve. Only one key was provided, and it was only possible to enter the apartment block with this key and the entry bell to this flat was not marked. Thus if you went out independently from your travel companions, it was not possible to get back in. Not key provided for the rubbish bins. No instruction guide to the flat's equipment. Parking only in a tight and small underground garage. There is only one toilet in the flat, the second bathroom is a shower room only. During our stay, the adjacent block of apartments was being refurbished externally. The noise from the power generator was oppressive and went on all day from 8. 30 am to 5 pm right next to this flat. This meant it was very difficult to stay in during the day and sitting on the balcony impossible. The Landlord would have known about this refurbishment but choose not to advertise this fact on Bookings.

The location was fabulous and having garage big bonus.

The washing machine made an absolutely dreadful noise in the cupboard. It worked well but does not fit into the space and vibrates violently. A bread knife would be helpful.
