It was nice to spend time with my large family in 1 home. So much space for everyone. When we got there we had an issue with the fridge and 1 ac but right away the issue was fixed so I will keep the 5 stars. The house had amazing AC which is great with the Mazatlán heat. For sure will be booking again. Shirley and Bertha were great!

I recently stayed at Shirley's place for a family reunion and to celebrate my grandmother's 90th birthday. The house provided a comfortable and enjoyable space for our special occasion. The upstairs terrace, in particular, was a fantastic gathering spot with a nice view.
Communicating with Shirley and her host was seamless, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed being right on the beach, allowing us to take walks and appreciate the beautiful Mazatlán coastline. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Mazatlán, especially those seeking a peaceful retreat away from the city noise. It made our family celebration truly memorable.

Location was perfect. Quite, except for the construction happening in front during the day. We were there to surf and the waves were great! Late Nov water temp was perfect. Rooftop deck/kitchen was so great! Host was so sweet.

The house is beautiful and elegant. The owner and people who clean the house are great people. This listing is real so no need to worry about getting scammed. It's a clean, private neighborhood. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the house. Plenty of bedrooms for you and family/friends.

We had a great time at this large house . The location was great short walk to the pool and beach and a great restaurants close to the house. The high light of the house was the amazing rooftop we cooked played games and had an exceptional time . The owner and the host were at your beckon call if you needed anything. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great time with their family or friends. Thanks Shirley and Bertha for a great two week vacation.

Overall great experience! Shirley and the on-site host were both responsive before and during the stay. We had a few issues in the house and most were fixed within hours. Issues with the washing machine weren’t able to be fixed, but Shirley offered to pay for us to get our clothes washed. Great location away from the big resort crowds but near restaurants and small shops. Short Uber from Walmart for groceries. Everyone in the family (ages 20s-80s) was able to enjoy this spot.

Shirley’s home was a great location with just walking minutes away from the beach and community pool. The home with spacious and fully equipped with all your needs for cooking and bbqing.
There were many restaurants to choose from within a short walking distance.
We used Carlos for as our tour guide. We were a family if 12 and he had a van that was able to accommodate us all.
A trip to stone island, horse back riding and a trip to the tequila factory was fun.
If you are planning a trip to mazatlan, we highly recommend Shirley’s place. The host, all staff were friendly and responded to all our inquiries and questions quickly. We will definitely be back when visiting mazatlan. A special thanks to Shirley, Bertha, Julia, Carlos sand the security guard Marcielo for making our stay safe, comfortable and fun.

BEAUTIFUL HOME TO STAY ON EVERY VACATIONS
Wonderful location with convenience to the Beach & lots of store within blcks. Very quiet location & very comfortable furnishings & conveniences, Loved working with the Host. Fine. She always responds promptly to my inquiries, Great place to stay.. I wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Next time surely plan to stay. Shirley Meece, gave us information of places we can use during our stay, she is a Wonderful person.

Awesome vacation
Shirley is the best. Great house with all the amenities you can ask for. The rooftop deck is big enough to host a party for 60 at least . Every bedroom has a top notch bathroom with huge closets and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. This was a vacation my friends and I will never forget.

Memories to last a lifetime
This property gave my family a casa to enjoy while experiencing Mazatlan. Pool was too cold to enjoy and not inviting to sit around but beach access was amazing. Looney Bean coffee a couple blocks away was the perfect way to start our day and happy hour at Mr Lionso most evenings. This property comes with a host that gave us amazing service and great recommendations. We will be back!

We came on a family vacation and it was amazing. The house, the space, the amenities were all perfect for our family get away. Eduardo the property manager and Shirley the owner went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be returning!

Unfortunately, the only views of the ocean are from the roof (which is a beautiful space and the owner has done a great job making it user friendly!). The only other bummer for us (with small kids in the group) was the pool was very cold. It's a neighborhood pool, so it's controlled by the management, but it was ICE cold! Shirley and Eduardo are AMAZING hosts. I have stayed in multiple VRBO's and they are by far the best I've ever had! Very communicative and helpful with everything we needed!!!
