Too much to ask but better if smart tv is provided. Also recommend to put shoe racks) Dinning Room: Excellent (2 big dinning tables with extra monoblock chairs) Kitchen: Very Satisfactory (properly working 2 burner induction cooker, rice cooker, electric kettle, oven toaster, water dispenser and refrigerator) Bathrooms: Very Satisfactory (good quality bath towels, with heater in 2/3 bathrooms though shower in bathroom at the ground floor is not working, flash in all toilets are properly working, with bidets and all faucets have running water) Bedrooms: Very Satisfactory (Good beds, bunk beds and mattresses, properly working air conditioning units)

Needs Improvement: Internet connection, blankets (too thin), faucet in the kitchen, shower in ground floor bathroom, defective kitchenwares (sandok), no chopping board, additional spoon and forks, additional cups, additional pot and kawali, cleaning materials like walis and floor mop.

This Apartment was one of the very best in which we have stayed anywhere in the world. First, the location: it is in the middle of the town but slightly off the main road in a neat and clean compound having 8 similar units. That makes the apartment calm and quiet. Also, a big Mall is barely about 200 meters away. The airport is about 5-7 minutes away by tricycle. All told, a wonderful location. Next, the Apartment itself. It is really really spacious.....the fully equipped kitchen and a toilet is on the ground floor and there are three bedrooms on the first floor (called second floor in the Philippines). The master bedroom has one big king-size bed, another king-size bed with a bunk bed and yet another single bed......and an attached bathroom. There are two further bedrooms, both with bunk beds (and a bathroom between the two). Thus the apartment can sleep 10 persons! A young boy is the kind of caretaker for the Apartment complex. He lives in the same compound and is available on call for any help.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. Everything is just perfect.

Requested for room clean but no one came. Electricity often goes out without notice but residents said it's pretty common in the area which can be a pain sometimes.

The place is very accessible. It is near to the airport, SM, church and other tourist spots in the city. It is very clean. The two rooms are big and the beds are comfortable to sleep on. There are bathrooms in each room and one bathroom downstairs. The air-condition in each room is functioning well. There is a kitchen with available kitchen utensils.

The unit is clean, spacious. The location is good because it is accessible to the market and SM mall Puerto Princesa.👍

Unit 6 has a loose circuit breaker. We tried to address the problem to the staff but they didn't do anything to fix the problem
