Staff were friendly, even sending an e-mail in the morning to welcome me later that day. Room was large and comfy, and very quiet.

Bathroom was an issue - the shower tray wasn't deep enough and when I got out of the shower the floor become flooded, and the plug in the sink didn't want to come up after being pushed down

They don't have late check out. I had to stay till 2 P.M. and I had to pay for one more night additionally!!!! For 2 hours late check out i had to pay extra the price for 1 night :((((((((

I liked the fact that the room was warm as temperature, and overall was clean keeping in mind that we went in a really cold April in Brașov I also liked the location, right in the center, so we could enjoy nice walks until late. We also appreciate the lady from stuff coming to ask about the cleaning. I also like the coffee machine.

Well, kinda controversial because we had a nice impression over the room we stayed in, one of the issues we found was the warm water. We texted to the stuff about it and they say it was an error with the central heating and it will be fixed in like 15-20 min. Was true, after that time we had warm water... only for that day. But after this not really and I didn't want to ask again about it, cus we stayed 4 nights, and we only had water in the 2nd one after I texted... Other days we didn't have, but what should I say? Maybe we should have texted every time we wanted to shower... :)))))

Great location, quiet, ground floor, staff reachable via what's up or phone.

The light in the corridor was not repaired in 5 days. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, could come from main drainage. Never seen someone at reception.

A wonderful, cozy flat in the heart of Brasov! The view is spectacular and the flat itself is large, comfortable and beautifully furnished!
