Alles tip-top sauber und erlesen eingerichtet. Frühstück hervorragend und vielfältig. Wir waren äusserst positiv überrascht. Für Geburtstag der Tochter wurde sogar Kerze organisiert. Auch Champagner oder Blumen etc. wären möglich gewesen, nur hat mich die Antwort zu spät erreicht. Personal 1a. Sehr gut im Bears Inn Abendbrot gegessen, fussläufig in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar.

The location and the quality of this guesthouse is excellent. There is an air of quality and calm professionalism in all areas. Food was very high quality. Bus stop outside (only two stops to the town centre). Taxi fare £7 from town centre. Very helpful staff Smart, very clean accommodation.

Wir haben selten in einem so geschmackvoll gestalteten Hotel gewohnt. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Für das Auto steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Es gibt einem Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Innenstadt von Bath kann man zu Fuß erreichen, wobei man auf dem Rückweg eine reelle Steigung bewältigen muss.

So comfortable and loved the stylish decor. The breakfast was perfect and we appreciated the cafetières of coffee. Our bed was super comfy and the walk in shower was a dream. We would definitely recommend!

We particularly enjoyed the cute interior, which looked very artistic, but in a modern and elegant manner. The breakfast options were good (freshly made breakfast menu options plus a few bits and pieces as snacks).

Overall, we thought that the entire experience was very good, but that the last effort to make it very exceptional was missing. The breakfast service staff members were very friendly, but always seemed a bit distanced and just this one bit out of touch with the guests, unlike the service you'd expect during a proper 5 star experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was very good, but we could not fail to notice that there was dust on parts that are not touched on a regular basis and there were traces of mold inside the shower. The side options of breakfast included cheese and sausage slice (e.g. ham, bacon), which was great but there were only sweet bakery options available. Another option (eg small baguette slices) would have been better suited for this. Again, this does not mean that the overall experience wasn't very good. However, since in the leaflets the guesthouse describes itself as "five star", we did wonder whether they really did enough to justify this (self?)rating. Nonetheless, we would recommend this place to other guests, but perhaps in future these minor issues should be fixed to make this a solid "five star" experience.

A very warm welcome, coffee was provided while we waited for our room to be ready ( we were early) Beautiful decor throughout. Excellent breakfast. Easy to walk into the centre of Bath and an UBER back ( uphill!) We had a parking space although it is first come first available. Would have loved to have sat in the garden but the weather prevented that !

We had a room just above the entrance, this was a bit noisy.

The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely big bedroom and ensuite. Loved the extra touches in the lounge, with sweets and drinks. Fabulous veggie breakfasts too. staff were superb and attentive. Great location, with parking, just a short walk from the city centre.

Noise from the room and people upstairs and road noise (we did mention the noisy people and staff were great)

Beautifully decorated room with an amazingly comfortable bed. Great breakfast in a lovely restaurant area. The staff were all very friendly. The lounge area looked plush and the artwork contributed to the hotels overall ambience.

The room was up the very top at the back and quiet, which was welcomed, just wish it had a better view and that the roman blinds blocked out the morning light.

Well equipped and comfortable rooms with excelllent breakfast service by ery friendly staff. If you're arrriving by train or similar and have casess, the DN@T try to walk to the property unless you are super fit - it's up hill. get a cab or use the No 4/4a bus service from Bath bus station (Bay 9?) it stops afew yards after the guest house

Gorgeous interiors and delicious breakfast! And the bathroom was really nice.

The hotel is up a bit of a hill, but can't really blame them for that! (Also, the people in the room next to us were really noisy, but again, not the hotel's fault.)
