The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is fantastic and the views were simply stunning. I don't think there is a better view of the fountains. We didn't use any of the facilities.

This is nothing to do with the apartment itself but we were woke in the middle of the night with the neighbour upstairs walking in highheel shoes. Also, my husband was woken by the sound of music from a neighbouring apartment. Only criticism of the apartment is that the mattresses could probably be replaced. There was a very noticable slope in the master bedroom. The cushion seat on the sofa is worn but that didn't affect our comfort at all. Lastly, the pillows....oft. far too big and no choice for smaller less puffy pillows so we ended up using cushions instead.

The mattresses are old and worn out, and the company is not worthy of the level of respectable families, it is only neighborhood that is suitable for housing for young people

Location was amazing. 10 minute walk to the Dubai mall, lots of food and grocery stores nearby. Gym access and pool access were a bonus. Reynan & Alvin were fantastic, providing us with over the top services.

No issues with anything

The smallest room was not being cooled by the air-conditioning.

The apartment was beautiful, neat and fully equipped. All the amenities were there and whatever we asked for came immediately. The location is excellent and the view is exceptional.

We like the location, overall design of the apartment is very sophisticated and comfortable.

The airbed has a hole so we weren't able to use it. The floor is not that clean.

1. Small Balcony. 2. They ask for 2000 aed for deposit. 3. Expensive (tax1000 aed). 4. Good as a second choice. 5. Can't extend the check out even 30min.
