Magnífica la atención del personal del hotel, todos ellos muy amables y atentos. La ubicación del establecimiento, en una zona céntrica de la ciudad, pero también muy tranquila. El garaje privado, muy accesible y a un precio módico.

Quizá el hotel necesite alguna reforma en sus habitaciones, que acusan cierto desgaste por el uso y el paso del tiempo, lo cual no impide que el confort y la comodidad de las mismas sea notable.

The room was spacious. It even had a separate sitting room. Parking was very accessible right under the hotel. Restaurants were within walking distance. There was a nice view of the park.

The water that came out of the tap was brownish orange which prompted us not to use the shower. The carpets - both inside and outside the room - had really worn spots. They could use a good scrubbing, too. It felt like they have not been cleaned/shamppoed in years. Corrosion-like spots appeared in certain places along the corridor on the floor and door lintels. When we stayed, outside temperature was in the high 90sF and above. Room temperature was not ideal - we wanted it cooler but the thermostat was non-responsive. The breakfast was so-so.

La estancia era espectacular, espaciosa, tuve suerte de tocarme un balcón que daba al parque. Si vuelvo a Valladolid me alojaré aquí otra vez, seguro.

The hotel is a bit old, but it's very clean and spacious, staff is very friendly and helpful and location is amazing. Very good breakfast as well. Generally we enjoyed our stay and gladly come back
