l'affichage sur les portes d'entrée est faux des horaires d'ouvertures et du petit déjeuner nous avons dû partir pour 8h personne à l'accueil et le resto fermé

Room was clean and exactly like on the photos. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very easy private parking with tons of slots available. You are in a Hotel, but it seems like you are within a family. Brakfast was amazing with local products and others homemaded by the staff itself. Truly recommended and worth the price!

The woman at the reception was extremely helpful and helped us store our luggage when we arrived very early. She even helped carry some things.

Someone in the other bedrooms was clearly smoking during the night. We could smell the cigarette smoke within our bedroom

Room was small and badly decorated and even though it was one of many budget hotels we stayed in over a three week holiday in France - it was easily the worst. Best thing was the proximity of 'Buffalo Grill' - not in itself a great night out but it was handy after our late arrival.
A few things - not very clean - pokey room and not great bathroom as we were put into the 'disabled' room as the hotel had not been able to get back to us to tell us there were no 'concentional ' rooms available. Handy for a quick stop on our route but there are better options at B et B etc.

Very well run hotel with attentive staff and plenty car park. Good continental breakfast buffet and comfy bed. Private terrace to the back of hotel for our room was a bonus, but has to be booked. Just still at walkable distance to ancient cite, but bit further from centre ville.

The ladies managing the hotel are amazing, they gave us all the info we need to have a great stay in Carcassonne.
The hotel is pretty clean, thw wifi works fine, the breakfast is really good, and it is 5 min by car from the medieval citiy.
