Only location ok but horrible rooms and horrible food

Food needs to be improved and rooms are dusty and damp. I was disturbed the entire night due to the big noise from a service room next to my room

Poorly trained staff Not attentive to detail - not even the bill was kept ready on time and it delayed my checkout- you don’t expect this from a 5 /4 star hotel - it is substandard

We had an awful experience at this hotel. Really we expected more from Marriott. Despite booking a non-smoking room, the entire floor was filled with the stench of cigarette smoke, and the management's response was incredibly disappointing. They simply apologized without offering any solutions or attempting to address the issue. The hotel's lack of professionalism and disregard for guest comfort was evident, as they failed to enforce their own non-smoking policy. When we book a non-smoking room we expect it to be free from smoke Period! If they have a smoking floor, they should have the courtesy to let the customer know that the room is in a smoking floor which didn't happen and it is really unacceptable .The pervasive smell made it impossible to escape, and the management's indifference left us trapped in an unpleasant environment throughout our stay. I strongly advise against staying here if you value a smoke-free environment and quality customer service. Look elsewhere for accommodation that respects your preferences and provides a genuinely enjoyable stay.

Fruits served were not upto standards.

Didn’t like booking by booking.com that is having hidden charges in the amount Also there was a communication gap from front desk in total stay cost which ended my stay with bad taste despite a comfortable stay

Paprika staffs were very friendly ,food was excellent.

Room no. 732 had a rat shockingly,we shifted to room 803 by 2 am after several reminders to Front desk, did not complain formally as planned to exit courtyard by 5 am 16th April morning, it was a terrible experience, was worried as we had two kids aged 3.5 yrs and a Big Rat was roaming around in our Room 732 ,it was a nightmare ,didn't expect this staying in Courtyard atleast ,felt like we wasted our money staying in Courtyard Chennai.

Cleanliness of the property and above all room cleaning and makeup by Mr Selim and companion were appreciable.

In-room bathroom wash basin was too small for use and always water got accumulated. No exhaust fan was in the bathroom or it didn't work at all. Complained but nobody bothered. Bathroom remained wet most of the time.

room, food, staff and location is great!

Staff was friendly, especially restaurant staff. I travelled with my toddler and the staff took care of her food very nicely Ankona from the Restaurant was very nice & friendly
