Hotel excelente, bem localizado, café da manhã entrega o que promete, equipe cordial e atenciosa, tudo absolutamente novo nos quartos e banheiros, TV grande e com muitas opções de canal. Hotel em estilo colonial, muito bonito!!! Recomendo muito!!!

Apenas os quartos são bem pequenos, temos que abrir a mala em cima da cama, mas tudo muito novo e muito confortável.

Bel hôtel dans une ancienne demeure familiale, récemment rénové. Les chambres sont très confortables, et bien équipées. Personnel très avenant. Bien situé à 10 minutes à pied environ de la Plaza de Armas et à 2 minutes du marché de Cusco.

Le petit déjeuner est un peu en retrait par rapport à la qualité globale de l'hôtel.

The location was great- right in the center of the city, but far enough away from the main square to be quiet at night. The hotel itself was lovely, especially if you ask for a room with a window. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and we loved the free breakfasts in the morning.

The bathroom was on the smaller side, with pretty weak water pressure.

Couldn’t exchange US cash for Soles above 25…..no big deal…

The bed is big and with decent pillows yet we don’t like the bed cover though. The front desk clerk is nice also.

No complimentary water, no heater, and the lights are off in the hallway when we arrived there going to our room. We don’t like texture of the bed cover.

The staff was pleasant. The second night they put us in a much nicer room. That salvaged our stay.

The first night they put us in a horrific room next to the kitchen and restaurant on the main floor. The floor in the room was not level, it was tilted 25 degrees. There were no windows. Not enough lights. The TV was tiny. You had to climb up a step to use the bathroom. You couldn't flush paper down the toilets. There was no air conditioning. The breakfast was mediocre. There was no concierge to provide information. The computers provided to customers were antiquated DOS based and took 15 minutes to move from 1 page to the next.

The location was good, a very short walk to the centre. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean and for not that much more money it is significantly nicer, cleaner and comfier than some of the hostels in the area.

The pizza on room service was horrible. Although the spag bol was decent!

On the first night shower water was cold and could not be warmed up. The room was very cold. it was hard after a day at Machu Piccchu.

Comfortable bed in a good location. Decent temperature control compared to other hotels we stayed in Peru. Restaurant located in hotel is very good with good service, convenient for common Peruvian cuisine.

Window in bedroom was to interior closed in courtyard, was somewhat noisy. Really no complaints from this hotel, great for price!
