Beautiful place with lovely patio, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, quiet location, hot water, plenty of free tea, comfy beds, good TV, pretty close to everything

No ventilation in the rooms so it got kinda hot at night

The hotel, located on a Main Street in Cusco, is remarkably quiet. The housekeeping, front desk staff and restaurant staff is superb! Our room was spacious and well-kept. The hotel is close to the Plaza De Armas, restaurants, museums, and shopping. We enjoyed taking to Douglass during ‘desayuno.’ He makes the best cup of coffee and is well-traveled! :)

The room was dark, even with all the drapes open. The room was cold. We had several days of rain and cloudy skies, and the heat doesn’t get turned on until 8 pm and it seemed to be turned back off by midnight. Staff did give us an electric heater—that helped. The location is good. But, all the busses use the tiny, narrow street and it can get very polluted. Several times I felt sick because of the smell. (Not the hotels fault, but thought people should know.)

Loved this hotel. Expectations were a bit low when reading reviews about surrounding Airbnbs and hotels. This hotel was very quiet at night, had an amazingly kind/accommodating staff, and was walkable to the main downtown area. Breakfast was included and had simple offerings pre-made along with eggs and coffee made to order! I would definitely come back.

The beds were a little bit hard but I still found them very comfortable.

Unique property, very well located, great staff and breakfast! We were leaving one day for Machu Picchu and they arranged that our bags our waiting for us when we returned.

This is a very pretty property in a good location. The staff are pleasant and our room was great—apart from a full day without water! We were unable to use the toilets, shower, or even wash hands and were forced to walk 10-15 minutes (one way) to McDonald’s to use their bathroom and wash hands. I’m not sure how the restaurant functioned (we ate elsewhere). The front desk staff said the water would be back on by 5 pm. It wasn’t. After customer complaints, they got the cold water running by 7:30 pm. The front desk staff didn’t seem to take the problem seriously, although the manager was more responsive. He offered a partial discount on one night (we paid $285 for two nights, and he refunded $85) and a free ride to Cusco airport.

Quite noisy during the night. Both inside (fridge and water piping?) and outside (steps from other rooms and some water pump). Guess some earplugs could help.

Very beautiful stylish hotel. I liked the location, it's close to a lot of restaurants and historic landmarks, but it's still located on a quite street. Our room was pretty spacious, it had a shower and bath. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great!

Very beautiful building. The room is spacious. Location is within walking distance to main square so not too noisy yet convenience. Staff are excellent and always very helpful.

The room on 2nd floor is very large and the heating might not be sufficient. We asked for the portable heater and that helped a lot the following night. Internet is terrible.
