The staff were great at giving recommendations for what I was interested in seeing. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, great to return to after a long day out. And the location is great as well. It's centrally located and in a safe side of town.

The comfort breakfast offered a stable, predictable routine to start the day.

Staying in bed when others were obviously having an amazing time at the nightclub across the street. It was like I was there!

Location is exceptional. Kind staff. There is a breakfast.

No windows in the room. Flies in the bathroom. Only a single socket in the room to recharge devices' batteries (laptop & cell phones).

Staff were quite unfriendly, the hotel was very old with including the amenities. I was not warmly welcomed, but rather felt like I was annoying them. "Breakfast" consisted of croissant and coffee, only!

Not much to like. The rooms are old and moldy. The breakfast is terrible. Wifi way too slow. Terrible Management. I was kicked out for "smoking". I did not smoke in my room and wasn't offered a refund. Booking.com is refusing to do anything about this despite being a customer for years and spending thousands of dollars through the app. I can't recommend this hotel or Booking.com any longer.

The hotel is next to a brothel. It's incredibly noisy and loud throughout the night. There are beggars outside constantly asking for money, cigarettes, etc. The area doesn't feel safe. The rooms are dank, moldy, and uncomfortable. Management is terrible. I don't understand how they're running a hotel.

Good location, walking distance from the llamadas parade and shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly. It was nice to have medialunas provided for breakfast too which we weren't expecting.

Room was pretty clean although there was a piece of gum stuck to the floor next to the bed.

location is great for exploring the city. staff were friendly upon arrival and they let us check in earlier than expected which was very nice.

Continental breakfast was not what was advertised. Only coffee and croissants, which would have been fine if they didn’t have a photo with cereals, bread, jam and juice on your site. Long hairs found in sheets, we didn’t make a big deal of it but it’s not the best thing to see. Toilet seat was broken, hopefully it will be fixed soon. We only stayed one night so didn’t make an issue.
