Hôtel plus que parfait, le personnel très accueillant, souriant et serviable. La déco est superbe et la chambre avec vue sur le port est magnifique. La chambre spacieuse est très bien agencée avec une belle déco. Le petit déjeuner à volonté est bien garni. Il y a même un robot qui apporte les plateaux à la cuisine. Situation idéale pour visiter Cherbourg s/mer.

We were upgraded to a superior room overlooking Cherbourg marina which was beautiful. Breakfast was very good & lots of different food to choose from. Staff very courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing visit to Cherbourg.

Vous tentez une belle démarche éco responsable mais votre petit déjeuner ne propose que des produits industriels ??? Vous n’avez pas de boulangerie à Cherbourg ? Pas de fromager ? … pourquoi mettre un buffet abondant , réfléchissez plutôt à peu mais de bonne qualité avec une lutte anti gaspillage …. Allez clé verte c’est pour bientôt

Le petit déjeuner était extra,le matelas un petit peu mou pour nous car nous aimons les matelas fermes mais c'est un détail et pour une nuit,on va pas se plaindre.

la chambre spacieuse avec vue sur le port, le confort de la chambre, grand lit confortable, bouilloire et café/thé - buffet du petit dejeuner très copieux et varié, l'esprit très convivial : des jeux de société, un bar, une salle de sport le rapport qualité prix est imbattable - on a adoré le robot porteur de plateau au petit déjeuner

The location was great for walking around the centre of town and visiting some of the tourist sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.
We had no complaints about our stay only we should have booked a few extra nights, 1 night was too short.

Staff were really welcoming and helpful, and answered all my questions and gave some helpful advice. The room was pretty quiet for a fully booked hotel, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed. It was very well located for the train station, (only a 10min walk away and easy to find). Outside was quiet and you couldnt hear traffic. All in all a comfy and reasonably priced stay.
The room did not look over a courtyard, but it was Monday and the road was quiet so it wasnt a problem.The bathroom was slightly strangely set up (the shower and sink is open to the main room, and the toilet was in a separate room). It wasn't an issue, it was just a bit unusual.

Breakfast was good. Location was very good.
Duvet far too heavy for the time of year. Seems all hotels make the same mistake. Shame about the all night party in the nearby building but that wasn't the fault of the hotel.

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and did his best to give us a sea view or town view room. The room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was so delicious. It was local to everything and it's highly recommended and we wish we could stayed longer. Olfa

Location ideal on the front near bars & restaurants/ public parking behind the hotel. Great help from the staff on arrival.
Bathroom clean but a very unpleasant smell of sewerage .

Once again the ambassueduer, made us feel welcomed, comfortable and couldn't do enough for us.
Although breakfast was lovely, please bring back big crusty baguette and proper size croissant, what we think of as part of petit dejunuer with butter and jam 😋😋
