Banheiro poderia ter uma barra de apoio p sair da banheira, minha mãe é idosa e escorreu na banheira quando foi sair acabou batendo a boca e cortou o lábio. Também no checkout pediram uma chave do cofre dizendo que haviam entregue p mim disse que não tinha essa chave e mesmo assim continuou a insistir sorte que o rapaz da manutenção estava lá e disse que era do outro apartamento, achei muito deselegante duvidando da minha palavra sendo que estavam errados. A cama também muito barulhenta poderiam trocar.

The room had everything that I need and the location its perfect, close to a lot of restaurants and bars.

This was a very nice and simple hotel. Safe and close to multiple bars, restaurants, groceries and much more. Amazing budget friendly experience with comfortable bed. It’s all what you need in Buenos Aires. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Is not that I didn’t like but the WiFi can be better.

I recommend ypu to avoid this accommodation. It was our first bad experience on a 1 month trip to Argentina as a family of 4 with 2 small children. I warned staff member at the reception office to charge me for the accommodation in pesos, because as the owner of a foreign credit card, this gives me a favorable exchange into euros and almost half the cost. I warned him twice that he had to issue an invoice in pesos because that's how I booked the accommodation and we worked like that during the entire trip and we never had any problems. He said that they always calculate in dollars and that my bank will exchange it for me at a good exchange rate. In good faith, after a few minutes of persuasion, i believed him. Which, of course, turned out to be bad, because they charged me €183 instead of about €100. When we managed to negotiate by the next day that they would cancel the bill and that I would pay in cash in pesos, the problem was that because of the holidays, all the ATMs in Buenos Aires ran out of cash, i was searching for money for more than 4 hours. Since it was our last day in Argentina, we didn't have a chance to solve the problem caused by issuing the bill in dollars despite my warning. Through all process, the staff were arrogant and completely uncooperative, as if it wasn't their fault.

Loved the balcony. The room was comfortable, the little desk was good to have as was the coffee maker and fridge.

- Great location. - Friendly staff. - Very convenient in terms to enjoy the life in Buenos Aires. - Big room. - Good WiFi.

- A bit noisy - my room was the 1st floor and I heard the noise from the street at night (but I guess it is everywhere in Palermo in 1st floor...). - The condition of the room is a bit old - shower, dust, etc. (but for tis price it is a good value in my opinion).

The location was excellent, near all these restaurants and local food stores for convenience.

The hotel was old didn't look like the picture Towels were all ragged and with stains

it’s clean and spacious. Location is great in the heart of Palermo Soho.
