The property was clean and ready when we arrived. There was one minor issue that the owner sent someone to resolve as soon as they were aware. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything you could want from a city. I would stay at this property again.

Friends and family stayed for multiple days and it was great

This is a nice home in a central location stocked with everything we needed. The host is very responsive and proactively accommodated our crazy schedule to make our stay convenient and easy. Garage parking was also a great perk!

We were in town for a family wedding. This house was clean and comfortable for our accommodations.

This is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood . The house has all amenities for a wonderful stay . The host was very accommodating and quick to respond . I would stay here again .

Comfortable stay.

The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and is close to Grapevine, which is why we chose the location. There was plenty of parking if a larger group was to stay. The home had all the accommodations; however, it did need a little TLC. The listing advertised coffee and a coffee pot, but the coffee in the pantry was expired, and the coffee pot was missing. One of the members of our party has a serious allergy and we cooked most of our meals, and found that there were some items missing, such as measuring cups. The top step of the stairs had broken moulding, and was difficult to step over. I reached out to the host once during our stay (for something unrelated), and he was very quick to respond and very kind. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers were nice, especially the master! We would choose to stay here again, with just a few minor adjustment.

This property is very beautiful and well kept . I enjoy working outside on the deck . The property manager was nice and easy to reach . When a situation he corrected it immediately . I would stay here again .

The home was very clean and kid friendly! I love that the backyard is fenced in! Very quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking for multiple vehicles! Easy access to Legoland, Peppa Pig World, aquarium, Bass Pro, restaurants and AT&T Stadium! Communication with the owner was prompt and easy! Would definitely recommend!!

I took a group of 4 teenagers to volunteer at the Samaritan's Purse in Coppell. This house was a great location for us. The kids wanted to skip a hotel for more room for gathering. It had everything we needed.

I reserved the house for a Bachelorette Party Weekend and it was cozy and fun! If we could change anything about the house, it would be better lighting. Especially at night, the lights were very dim. But other than the lights, it was perfect! Beautiful Home!

This place was comfortable. It had everything we need. We really enjoyed our stay.

The master bedroom bed was way too low. Hubby and I could not sleep on it because we couldn’t get up out of it. So something to consider if you are not into yoga. Back door did not have lock. When I asked owner about it he said “never been a problem for past five years” well I like to be sure nothing happens tonight so I like all my doors locked. My daughters had to arrange chairs in front of it each night so hopefully we would hear someone trying to get in. My daughter went to lay on couch and it is as hard as rocks. Seen a little too much wear. Suggest a new one. We like to play TV games and most of us wound up on floor it was more comfortable. Everyone took showers in master bedroom because the shower is great. Overall nice house and great location near to everything we wanted to see. Oh another suggestion. All the houses I have stayed in had a book telling you about the area, attractions, local restaurants, places that deliver etc. You might want to consider that. Also the smoke detector was going off when we entered house because of low battery. If you change them once a year never have to worry about that. Fortunately when I contacted owner he told me where to find a battery so we didn’t have to run out to find one. But that should not have been an issue as soon as you walk into your rental. Also the salt alarm for the water softener kept sounding everyday owner said not to worry about it just hit reset. Really? Get it fixed. Daughters just reminded me not enough silverware for six. Yes there were plastic forks in closet but the whole idea of staying in a home was to be able to eat more at home. My brother had to go to neighbors to borrow forks when the plastic kept breaking. And when chairs were not used for security, we had to use them to keep oven door closed. House really needs a little TLC.

Everything was just as pictured in the listing! And there were little touches throughout the house to make our stay more comfortable such as basic toiletries and a few snacks. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very easy to find. We would stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and close to Coppell where our conference was located.
