We had a blast on our trip to Myrtle Beach, Jill was very responsive and made check in very smooth. Place was very clean with plenty of space for everyone. Location is great. Would recommend to anyone.

This home was truly exceptional! Jill was ALWAYS available when ever we needed her. Her responsiveness was incredible. She was an excellent host and always kind. The space was absolutely what was promised. The beds were super comfy and there was more than enough space for all eight of us. The house is open and spacious. The entire home smelled and was freshly cleaned and all of the decorations were beautiful. Fully equipped with anything and everything you will need. The location was great, too. The house is located right near all of the activities that we wanted to do at Myrtle beach. We spent a wonderful day at the beach and the house came equipped with everything that we needed to make for such an amazing day in the sun. We walked the short distance to the beach and had a great time. It was in the most convenient location. We just loved every minute of our visit. I will definitely be looking to stay the next time I come to Myrtle beach. Thank you for making our stay truly special.

This was by far one of my favorite places to stay in Myrtle Beach. The house is spacious, clean, modern and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the extra beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. The beach is a 2 minute walk. I would definitely rent this property again n

Property was clean. Found a few Palmetto bugs in the house that were scary but I believe that is typical for that area. Would of been nice to have a high chair or booster seat for our toddler, but the house is beautiful and close to the ocean and activities.

Property was great. Overall exactly what it was supposed to be. Only complaint is water pressure in the house could have been stronger in the showers. Otherwise epic experience.

So clean. Very close to the beach. Lots of local things to do. The amenities were great. Lots of nice umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, etc.... Very spacious. We had 10 people on all 3 floors and couldn't hear anyone on the other floors. Had a wonderful time!!!!

This was my first time staying at a vacation home and this home was WONDERFUL! It met all of our expectations and more! The house was clean and stocked with things we needed. The location was close to everything and steps from the beach! On a scale of 1-10, this house is a 15! I definitely look forward to returning!🌟🌟🌟

By far, the best appointed kitchen of any house we have ever rented. Thankful for this, especially during Covid restaurant limitations. We cooked all of our meals for the week, and the kitchen was so delightful it made the cooking pleasant. Fantastic house made for a fantastic week.

The house is centrally located and laid out perfectly for a group of 6-8.

Everything we needed was supplied and at anytime if we needed to reach out we were replied to very promptly! The house is beautiful in every aspect location is wonderful and gives you many different options from the home. I would recommend and suggest this home over and over again!

My family and I (5 of us) had a lovely stay in late September 2017. The house has all the modern amenities and it is beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room and the house is situated in a quiet area. One (slight) criticism is that the property is not on the ocean. Not that the owners indicated such, but the last property photo of the walkway to the beach is after you walk those 220 steps from the house. In addition, there is no view of the water from the house, as described. There are high rises in the way. However, overall it is indeed a very nice house and we would rent it again!

I am writing a revised review on this property because when I spoke to the owner about the issues I had during my stay she made sure every issue I had was addressed and taken care of. This home is beautiful and well decorated! The master suite was huge and fabulous! All the beds were very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped and plenty of room for large or small families. The house is in a very good location, you are literally steps away from the beach and in walking distance from River City Cafe. It's away from the hustle and bustle but yet very close to all the attractions Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this home to my friends and family!

The house is GORGEOUS but we got took for sure! We found out other homes literally next door were $2000 less a week!! We couldn't believe it! Our fault for sure.... we will look at another home on the same little street next time!

This beach house was simply gorgeous! It had a "homey" feel. Made you feel like we were truly home. No details were left out (pots, pans, bowls, serving bowls, etc.). There was a total of 8 people and not once did we feel on top of one another. This was by far the best beach house I stayed in and now this Unit will be our Mother's Day Beach Getaway house every year! The property management company Evolve was also very awesome to work with! Definitely found a loyal customer !

Loved the house....would definitely stay there again. The only reason for four stars and not five is that I had to purchase a mop and broom. I walked from the bottom floor to second floor and my feet looked as if I walked in a mud puddle. Besides the floors , everything else was great... the pictures do this place no justice....it's gorgeous, nicely decorated and convenient to beach!
