Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Es ist ruhig und seine Nachbarn merkt man kaum. Wir hatten eine Deluxe Villa mit Pool. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Auch die Waschmaschine ist ein großer Vorteil.

Abends war es in der Umgebung etwas lauter. An und an hört man die Musik aus den Hotels. Aber Fenster zu Klimaanlage an und alles war ruhig. Die Ausstattung könnte eine kleine Erneuerung gebrauchen. Töpfe und Pfannen hatte lose Griffe. Auch wäre ein Toaster schön gewesen. Für eine Reinigung zwischendurch muss man etwas Bezahlen oder man putzt selbst mal schnell durch.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit großem Pool inkl. Kinderbereich. Sehr große Deluxe Villa mit viel Platz. Sehr nettes und engagiertes Personal. Wenn es mal was zu reparieren gab, wurde zeitnah gehandelt. In der Nebensaison gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Ausstattung im Haus ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es sitzt nicht mehr alles so fest, wie es sollte. Das große Elternbett ist wirklich bretthart.

It's my second time and I would choose it again.. Very well illiminated , super ventilated. The living room + kitchen area is large and spacious, comfortable. Neat and clean apartment. The kitchen has all the necessary elements for cook. The towels smell good. I love the peace, the calm, the tranquility, the trees, everything green that surrounds the place. The wifi works very well in all places. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom . Spacious balcony. Location, and transport: About 3 km of Belek Center ( down town) . The main avenue at 400 meters. ( called Turizm Cd) . The Market " Migros" and market "BIM " about 400 mt. Shoping The Leyends about 600 mt. Bus Stop in the main avenue is about 500 mt. If you want to go to Antalya , take the bus " BA 22" in the main avenue to " Meydan" is about 45minutes, 52 LT (Liras Turkish) , when finish the bus in " Meydan " change with the tram T1A or T1B. the name of station is Meydan If you came from Serik main bus terminar " Otorgar " to go Belek, take BA 20, is about 25 minutes, and 30 LT. ( liras turkish , price in October 2023) . If you came from Otogar Antalya to Vistas Villas , have 2 ways: T1A or T1B + BA 22 ór SA 19 to Serik Otorgar + BA20. Suggestion: microwave is necessary. Table and chair inside the apartment, because the cats bother me when I eat, because there is only a table and chairs on the balcony. The first floor is better, because on the ground floor the cats enter the apartment, and when they are on the balcony eating they all come to disturb

Très bien pour notre deuxième séjour ici la localisation nous convient parfaitement, les équipements sont top. La présence du personnel sur place 24/24 est un gros plus même si vous arrivez de nuit quelqu'un sera là pour vous donner les clefs. Le parc pour enfants est top et le jardin tropical hyper agréable.

Les maisons ont à peine deux ans je crois et les gens abîment très vite le mobilier. Le parquet dans une chambre a subi un gros dégât des eaux il était tout gondolé. La baignoire présentait des tâches noires indélébiles. Ce n'est pas très grave mais cela enlève du standing.

C’était spacieux et le rapport qualité prix n’était pas mauvais. La grande piscine était agréable et l’établissement était relativement calme.

Les photos ne reflètent pas vraiment la réalité, la piscine privative donne sur l’allée empruntée par tout le monde, et n’était pas nettoyée régulièrement, j’ai dû passer moi même l’épuisette pour enlever tous les insectes et feuilles avant de m’y baigner. Le store électrique d’une des chambres était cassé, ne permettant pas de le fermer, la seconde chambre avait la poignée cassée, ne permettant pas de fermer la porte au risque de rester coincé, et n’avait que très peu d’espace (lit 2 places contre le mur d’un côté et sans table de nuit ni prise pour charger le téléphone), et la 3e chambre avait un lit 1 place. Sur l’annonce il était indiqué 2 salles de bain, avec une douche et une baignoire, mais il n’y en avait qu’une, avec une baignoire utilisable uniquement en douche (rien pour boucher le siphon et prendre un bain), et les portes fermaient très mal donc il y avait une grande flaque dans toute la salle de bain après une douche même en faisant attention. J’ai trouvé dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de produits de bains proposés. Il n’y a pas de possibilité de manger à plus de 3 personnes sur un mange-debout via les tabourets, c’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de table permettant de partager un repas en famille vu la taille de la cuisine. J’étais étonné de devoir payer une taxe de séjour, uniquement en cash, à mon arrivée, alors que je n’en avais pas eu depuis le début de mon séjour en Turquie et que ce n’était pas indiqué clairement sur l’annonce.

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Mooi zwembad en enkele huisjes met prive zwembad. Op loop afstand een cafe en supermarkt. In elke kamer airconditioning. Veel voorzieningen in de huisjes en met boodschappen kan je er zelfstandig verblijven. Geen eet of drink mogelijkheid op het complex zelf.

Personeel spreekt nauwelijks engels en had een slechte ervaring waarbij ze hun gewoonten proberen op te leggen.

Практически всё, уже не первый раз выбираем этот отель. Болльшие номера, а если чуть дороже - можно получить виллу с 3-мя спальнями. Тихий район, правда рядом построили 5* отель, один раз была слышна музыка, но в целом тишина сохранилась. Отличный бассейн, который работает до 10 вечера. Приятный сад, за территорией комплекса хорошо ухаживают. В комнате есть все, включая кухонную технику.

Staff were helpful

It was completely different to the pictures in terms of how the room was shown. It was dirty, very out of shape with paint and wallpaper coming off. I checked in and 45 mins later had to checkout and look for a Airbnb last minute to save my holiday. Since it was a nonrefundable booking I wasn't even able to get anything back even though I stayed for less than 1hr with the manager also saying he can't give any refund. I have 20+ pictures but I can only upload 4 but if there was a way to upload more I'd share. If you want to have a nice calm holiday avoid this at all costs

No housekeeping this was not mentioned when booking 20 euro per day they charged, your not even given clean towels or bedding told to use your washing machine toilet rolls not even provided, new villas being built around vista so I think they need to up there game,

Suit is spacious-clean when we receive it. Just like Home. Ismail-the Manager was very helpful. Everything is nearby- super market, pharmacy, carrefour, land of legends, Belek (shopping center). Loved the place. Very safe for kids to play around.

Cleaning services shall be applied on daily basis.

Everything was great

Perfect place to relax with family. Spatious appartements, swimming pools, relax areas.

The place is situated in the middle of construction site. Its just not really pleasant to drive to and walk to the shop.

Spacious Villa size

Check in staff extremely rude. Actually there was no check in staff, just a security guard, who had absolutely no idea how to handle a guest and was more interested in his mobile phone playing some game I guess. Bed linen had weird stains all over. Bathrooms stink badly. Had to literally beg to get the linen changed. Was also informed by staff that cleaning happens only once before check in and all further cleaning was chargeable. The place lacked staff I guess, very under staffed.

The villa was not clean enough

Very Spacious and perfect location for land of legends (just a 15min walk) Staff are helpful and place is clean. Only issue we had was the hot water didn't last very long, would cut out mid way. Apart from that everything was great! Would definitly use again if we ever visit again.
