Great location and very convenient to walk around the town for food!

Irregularity of breakfast theme (Ala carte/buffet) which is depending on how many people are staying. However, the breakfast was good, the friendly staff were cherry on top!

Free WIFI, though you needed to update your login rather frequently. Good location for work. Helpful staff. Transportation to and from work made very easy by booking with receptionist each day. Room cleaned and fresh towels every day.

Not a fault of the hotel and to be fair I was there for work, but there is very little to do in Kuala Belait.

Excellent location, a few parking spaces right in front of the hotel, free for guests. Breakfast was substantial and a very good selection.

I'm glad we managed to get a room here as other hotels were full at the last minute. I have requested the hotel to help decorate the room to surprise my spouse as it was his birthday. I appreciate the staff texting me upon booking to confirm my arrival. To my surprise, they got it done way beyond my expectation. The room we had was clean and it certainly had a nice view of the town. The staffs were super friendly and made us feel exceptionally welcome. They also have a few private parking lots for guests which is right in front of the lobby. Lots of cafes around within walking distance. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you again! 😊
