Restaurants with great local food are walking distance. Spacious room for the executive suite.

Room is not clean, toilet need to be upgraded. We suspected we were bitten by bedbugs, towel and bed linen are old, doesn’t smell good. Front desk staffs are not attentive, as no one offered help with our luggages, stroller, also never greet the guest when they walked in. The main lobby outdoor area has a funky smell, not welcoming when we returned to the hotel. It’s bearable but the hotel has the potential to do better with proper management.

Rooms and the over staff was great. Superb location. Extremely clean linen. Breakfast was limited for vegetarians like us, but not such a big problem. staff and service was excellent.. housekeeping, restaurant, reception etc. Special mention to Akmal at the reception who was so helpful

Está cerca del centro pero es accesible en coche. El personal fue muy amable y la habitación tiene el tamaño suficiente.

Los alrededores están un poco deteriorados aunque algunos bares y comercios están resurgiendo.

Location was perfect, near eating places and accessible to river side.

The location of this hotel is amazing! Right near the city centre - quick walk to everything. The staff were all very friendly and remembered our group and asked us about our travels. Laundromat nearby and surrounded by mini marts and a supermarket across the road!

It would have been great to have more facilities, but you know this when you book so it isn't a shock. Not the biggest rooms, but again, known on booking.

Meritin staff are supper helpful and friendly, they will do anything to please their guests. The hotel is located close to shops, the waterfront and restaurants. They can organise tours for you as well.

Very strategic location. Supermarket is right in front. Department store & food stalls are just a stone throw away. There are the famous buttermilk buns at shop across the road (make sure you go at the right time to prevent any disappointment) & fruits rojak, ice chendol, cattlefish with water spinach next to the Song Kheng Hai rugby ground.

There are a few pubs across the road at night and it will get a little noisy sometimes. But after midnight, it will quiet down. However, it is still bearable to me.

Маленькая кровать ( queen size). лучше указывать это в описание номера. Звукоизоляция между номерами не очень хорошая

Everything was awesome. Great location. Strategic. Near to other attractive place. The room was spacious, clean. Kuddos to your staff, so helpfull and polite.

ReceptIon staff were very helpful generally but some of the more junior staff could do with a little more training on information for international visitors.

We have had an enjoyable stay in Meritin. The breakfast was superb, especially the Laksa Sarawak! Staff were very friendly.

No dedicated parking space for our rented car.

My Room is Executive Suite at 6th Floor. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Staffs and housekeeping staffs very nice and friendly.

Great location in walking distance to all main sights in the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Really easy to call a grab out front to get to places further away too. Also heaps of good food close by! Breakfast was also pretty decent!

The location are okay, easy to catch grab or maxim, not to far from tourist attraction. Their uniqueness (THEY HAVE MASSAGE CHAIR) thats great. Helpfull staff all around. Their staff mostly are friendly and attentive.

I just realize on our last day that i dunno the different between their meritin suite and executive, cause i book for suite, but its seem just like executive. Maybe its my bad cause i came early, and forgot to inform them, and they just give me the available room? I dunno. And supposedly, if u stay at executive or suite, they would give u complimentary fruits platter, i dont got it 🫠 and my bathroom at shower cabin are leaking (water from room above 🥲)
