Location and food was great. Staff was excellent. All was perfect.

L'emplacement, la plage, la piscine et surtout le spa.

L'accueil : pas d'indication de la chambre, pas d'informations sur l'hôtel. Pas de wifi dans tous l'hôtel. La restauration : peu savoureux et peu diversifié, pas bon. L'entretien : toilettes communes très sales, espaces transats autour de la piscine très sale, présence de déchets autour de la piscine et sur la plage. Personnel : serveurs sympas, les autres non. Equipements : enfants très déçus car le baby foot et d'autres jeux sont payants, pas de mini club, pas de mini disco. Pas de piscine intérieure alors que c'était indiqué au moment de l'achat. L'ascenseur était en panne, on devait traverser tous le bâtiment à pied plusieurs fois par jour. All inclusive inutile car beaucoup de boissons indisponibles et difficultés à trouver quelque chose de satisfaisant à manger.

The hotel was good in overall. Friendly personnel and the swimming pool was amazing.

The beach was full of algae and made it impossible to swim. Saying that, it was spring time.

We had to change rooms 3 time's as the other rooms the doors were busted, no safety deposit box and balcony doors broken I was afraid of myy valuables and the fact i was working away from home so i had laptop and work phone with me When we arrived there was no clean towels glasses and bathroom was dirty

The location was very good, at the sea side and close to the town center, however, we couldn’t swim because the beach is blocked with see weeds, the hotel didn’t clean the beach and it’s not open yet for swimming, food was average, the outdoor swimming pool was nice, it’s big and nice, they also have a tennis court where we brought our own rackets and balls and played there.

The health club (spa) was actually abandoned facility, they said there is a free access to sauna, gym, steam and indoor pool, but there was only the in door pool open, nothing else. The rooms were also not so good, there was no towels the first night, and nothing in the bathroom except one all purposes soap.

very weak WLAN in room. 2 of 3 devices were unable to connect. Paid in advance but when my ferry was rescheduled I had to leave one day earlier. They were unable to refund the last night
