The property was lovely. Enjoyed the smaller pools close to our unit. Since we were only there 10 days we didn’t bother cooking; however, the kitchen appeared to be well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property

This property was so nice. The grounds were beautiful, pool was just a few steps away, quiet location. We really liked the rooms and how they were set up. Nice kitchen, all amenities included. Property manager was readily available. We had a great stay!

Everything was as expected. The house is beautiful, clean, enclosed in a very nice gated community. We loved the surrounding areas inside the villas, it was good to have a nice walk in the mornings around the property. Thank you very much Neal !

We loved our stay at this property! The host left detailed instructions which made the check-in/check-out process easy! The condo was spacious and well equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. Walking distance to several pools. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained.

Very close to pool, fully stocked, comfortable and clean.

I understand that with any VRBO property it can either be a home that the owners live in occasionally or strictly a rental property. In this case (and it may not necessarily be a negative for some) it is a large hotel room. This is not laid out like a house or condominium. There are various “pods” that it appears can be rented separately. Lots of corridors and doors, refrigerators in both the king and queen masters, empty spaces, a small living room and dining area, and generally of feeling of separation. I stayed at the Marriott Villas, and it was similar except the Marriott had a better layout with the living room (large and comfortable) in the center of all the bedrooms. The furnishings are a little worse for the wear and clearly have been there for a while but are adequate. The complex is lovely! Many pools and beautifully landscaped. So, it begs the question, why stay here when you can stay in an updated full-service hotel with all the amenities and no cleaning fee?

My family and I have been coming to the Legacy Villa’s for quite a few years and we have never been disappointed, I especially like the unit we stayed in because of the proximity to the main pools which my grandkids love.

Extremely roomy and well laid out property. The location is the best in La Quinta with phenomenal views. 12 pools, 2 of which very close. Internet is perfect (I was working during our visit so that was very important). Neal was very responsive and helpful. We visit la quinta a lot but this is definitely where will stay fit all future visits

Property as described. We prepared meals during our stay and kitchen well equipped. Spent time outside and had good sun and shade on patio. Pools and grounds convenient and well maintained.

I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The condo was immaculate, the check-in process simple, the location first rate, the owner/ property manager very responsive. As an example, my 15-year old daughter left her iPad at the condo and I received a call within 45 minutes of our departure alerting us to the issue. They held the item until we could pick it up later that afternoon--customer service at it's best!

It was so great to get together with family and enjoy our stay! Everything was perfect and the pools were amazing. We plan on coming back!!

Owner of the villa always got back to me immediately, so communication was good. I appreciate the layout of this particular model, as it is ground floor, and the bedrooms all feel removed from each other. The resort is nice and the views of the mountains are great. Everything worked nicely for us.

This place is amazing! We have stayed at several rentals but Neal's condo is exceptional! The entire property in Legacy Villas is beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous and there are so many pools in this complex that make it very convenient to walk to any of them. The condo itself is a great layout. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are even better than described in the site with each bedroom having its own patio. Instructions for everything were very detailed and well explained. Beds were super comfortable and it was so nice having pool towels. Supplies in the kitchen were organized and plenty of dishes and drinkware. The condo could use a bit of paint touch up and the floors could use a good scrubbing (feet were black after walking around barefoot) but nothing that would keep me from not wanting to return to this amazing condo. Being on the ground floor is wonderful as it is so easy to unload. With the garage right next to the unit, it is super convenient. Can't wait to return to this condo for another family trip!

Overall the property is beautiful! Convenient to most of the pool locations in the Villa. The owner provided a very detailed instructions and information for the property and surrounding area. The location itself is close to many restaurants, shops and other fun activities. Great location for a summer getaway!

We enjoyed our stay! Pools were super close by. The splash pad at the club house pool was a huge hit with the kids. We will be back!

Neil was excellent and thorough. He let us know everything we could need to know about the property and surround area. We loved it! Would visit again easily. These condos had all the amenities to make you feel so spoiled. The proximity to a variety of grocery stores and Costco was a huge perk for us.

I orignally made a mistake and contacted the host about changing dates that I had incorrectly put in for. His communication was spot on and accommodating. Nice condo, well kept and clean. More then enough room for my family of 5. Also per other comments all the little things you hate to spend $ on for a 3 day trip- salt, pepper, coffee filters, he had for everyone to use. Grounds were beautiful with an awesome backdrop of the mountains. We went to the pool closest to the condo and it was super nice. Large hot tub, with a courtyard feel. Reviews were spot on and if we ever make it from Georgia to the desert again we would stay here ina heartbeat.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this villa. It had most of the things needed for a family golf trip. The villa was spacious and comfortable. The only thing that was missing was drawers in the little bedroom for our daughters. Excellent communication before and during our stay. After a year of COVID lockdowns, four vaccinated friends reunited to celebrate friendship and new beginnings. We chose this relaxing setting to unwind, rejuvenate, and catch-up. It’s a simple drive from Los Angeles, but feels like another planet. This villa was well-appointed, super clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We hope to return soon.

This unit is quite beautiful and well appointed. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. Pools are plentiful and very clean and warm. There is even one right across from unit. The 2 master bedrooms come equipped with a fireplace, drink fridge, and a coffee pot. 3rd room is a bit smaller but still a great size for a couple. Bedding in all rooms were very comfortable. Thank you for allowing our friend's small dog to stay. Communication with the owner Neal was easy and very thorough. Our group were already talking about coming back the same weekend next year.
