No TV channels but Netflix and you Tube are there If not interested to you then no big deal

if was clean and a 20 minute walk to the centre. easy communication with helpful host by WhatsApp.

the (smart) studio was extremely noisy. the downstairs neighbor gave a party till 4 pm and I could literally hear all the lyrics of the songs which probably means there is no proper sound insulation. the neighbor didn’t want to turn the music down because she herself had suffered a lot from noice disturbance from the Madam Apartments. so not a lot of sleep that night which was a bit of a downer on the weekend away. as mentioned in other feedback, studio is quite warm without using the heather.

broken window, loose doors in the kitchen, loose toilet roll hanger in the bathroom. No good ventilation so you need to keep the window open but then there is a lot of noise from the street.. Fix these small details to have a more premium feel for that price.

Close to tram stop so easy to get into town.

Rough around edges. Shower cubical with no shower in it! Did have bath with shower hose over, but plug that didn't work fully, so OK if fast bath. Bedroom door with no panel in middle of door, so can just step through door, fridge very noisy so difficult to sleep as no door to bedroom, no cold water (cold water was very warm, enough to have shower with. So not cold enough to drink), key lock details sent by what's app same day of arrival after asking how to enter property (as had no roaming on phone not receive them), when called owner to work out what to do, not very friendly or helpful. Very hot building, couldn't leave windows open over night as on tram line and busy road. Only one power point by bed, had to pull bed out to find it, the property had bed side lamps on both sides but no way you could plug in both. TV no reception. Overall bad, would not stay again.

Location was ok, quite close to the city centre, convenient for tram system Views were great.

Checking in was problematic, directions were not clear to the parking. Could not get through the security door. Had to tail gate someone else exiting the building. The apartment was ok but lots of things broken, door hinges, a bedroom door, no shower head in the shower. No direction on checking out and where to leave the key. Charging 50Euro for cleaning is very unreasonable. No security catch on the Windows, they could be fully opened which is not advisable on the 10 th floor

Great space, huge bathroom & lovely views of the city. Host was always on hand and really helpful. Good little parking spot by the tower.

It did get quite warm in the room without the windows wide open. Big fan provided but an aircon unit would have been better.

The bathroom wasn't clean. There was only one bedsheet, extremely old, full of balls. The cold water was very hot, probably in a deposit outside. The owner told us to keep the tap opened to exhaust the warm water every time. What a water waste!

Good location, easy access to city centre and close to any shops and entertainment areas.

There was a used diaper underneath the pull out bed and the floor was slightly sticky.

Big spacious room with smart tv. Easy access with lift, and nice views from windows. Great for few days trip.

The location was good and the view was amazing. The flat was large, and clean

The plumbing was shoddy - there was a shower over the bath, which was fine, but also a shower cubicle with no shower in it next to the bath. When you unplugged the bath the water backed up into the empty shower cubicle, bringing dirt with it. The water from both cold taps was warm, or even hot, and didn't get cold however long we ran the taps. Also, the landlord was very unhelpful, doing the minimum required for the let and nothing more. I emailed in advance to say that I'm allergic to feathers so needed non-feather bedclothes. He replied to say that all his pillows have feathers so I should bring my own. This was okay since we were coming by car, but if luggage space had been a problem, this would have been a complete pain. Also, the instructions for finding the parking space and the keys were confusing, and when I asked for advice on where the nearest post office was, I got a sarcastic reply telling me to use Google, and including the 'crying with laughter' emoji, which is at best unprofessional, and at worst actually rude.

The location was good, and for the price, I think the place was quite nice.

The place was a bit tough around the edges- shower broken, bedside lamps which were too far away to be plugged in. Communication was strange too- everything I needed to know, I had to ask e.g. how do I park? What do I do when checking out? Nothing was provided without me asking.

The blinds in the window do not block the sun light. This can be improved.
