Beautiful place with stunning views, everything felt classy and clean and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were outstanding and really looked after us, especially our copious glasses of cava round the pool😁 The food was outstanding and plenty of options at the buffet, with day time food either round the pool or a la carte was always delicious - especially the calamari! The pool was wonderful and clean with plenty of beds and not feeling crammed in, with the beach close enough to just go for a quick dip in the sea and back. Amazing room with comfortable bed and the balcony was a pleasure to sit out of an evening; cleaners came daily and kept it lovely and clean. Music plays throughout the day which gives it a lovely atmosphere and in the evenings live entertainment was very tasteful and a joy to watch/listen too. As we were mum and daughter staying we felt wholly comfortable throughout our stay and very relaxed by the end!

At one point in our stay the hotel had a big party of important guests which meant the staff were focused on them and service a little slow but it didn’t detract from our stay and love of the staff. There is an Irish bar nearby which can’t be helped but the noise does travel over in the evenings if they are having a party, this wasn’t too much of a bother for us but you were aware of it.

Food and drink not up to scratch. Breakfast buffet was the best thing they did but the rest of the food and drink was poor tbh. After the first couple of attempts we ate out…

Bel hôtel de très bon standing, très bien entretenu. Chambre et terrasse très agréables (chambre de luxe avec vue mer).)Très jolie crique, bel environnement, calme, transats nous étant réservés, bonne accessibilité à la plage depuis l'hôtel. .Petits déjeuners parfaits .Serveurs charmants au bar et petits déjeuners. Nous n'avons pris qu'un seul repas dans l'hôtel donc difficile de juger. Il nous a semblé que c'était très cher pour un repas de qualité moyenne. Plusieurs autres restaurants à proximité immédiate excellents (et chers aussi )

Heerlijke sfeer, het ruikt waanzinnig in het hotel, zeer fijne bedden, veel entertainment, leuk personeel! Het was top!

Er mag iets meer variatie op de kaart voor de lunch☺️

Rooms are very nicely decorated and the beds are of good quality. Breakfast is amazing and all the staff are doing their best to give you an excellent experience.

Cleaning could be a bit better, the shower head had black mold on it (room 1107). Music at the pool is too loud during the afternoon, would say: read the audience and adjust accordingly.

Oldukça sakin, personel çok güleryüzlü ve samimiydi. Kahvaltı müthişti, odalar çok temizdi. Genel atmosferi yeni dekore edilmişti. Havuz keyifli ve denizi de temizdi. Çok beğendik gerçekten parasınj hak ediyor.

La posizione vicino alla spiaggia. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato rilassante e alcune attività come l'escursione e le attività pomeridiane di intrattenimento sono state meravigliose. L'hotel ha molte potenzialità ma per essere pienamente considerato un cinque stelle e, visto il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, l'attenzione ai dettagli dovrebbe essere migliorata in modo significativo.

Alcuni suggerimenti vi aiuteranno a migliorare la qualità del resort. I primi due giorni del nostro soggiorno sono stati fantastici, ma il terzo e l'ultimo giorno la qualità del servizio è peggiorata. La stanza: - La doccia del bagno non è funzionanle. Essendo a livello del terreno senza alcuna inclinazione, ogni volta che facevamo la doccia si allagava il pavimento del bagno e dell'ingresso. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare il personale di servizio per asciugarlo. Non era rilassante farsi la doccia pensando di non allagare il bagno. - In camera viene lasciato del caffè e tè di cortesia. Purtroppo, dopo aver consumati quelli presenti in camera al primo giorno di soggiorno, questi non sono più stati riforniti. - La stanza viene rifatta una sola volta al giorno. Negli hotel a cinque stelle solitamente le camere vengono sempre rinfrescate anche la sera, quindi due volte al giorno. Servizio - Avevamo la formula tutto incluso e i primi due giorni è andato tutto bene, ma dal terzo giorno la qualità e il servizio sono peggiorati. Ad esempio, il gelato era incluso nella formula all inclusive fino al secondo giorno mentre dal terzo non più ; - il buffet della cena per le prime due sera è stato diverso sia per qualita che per il servizio. Le prime due sere non ci sono stati problemi ma dalla terza sera le porzioni dei piatti principali erano scarse, una particolarmente imbarazzante. Abbiamo ordinato il merluzzo; la porzione del mio piatto era normale ma quella di mia figlia era molto piccola rispetto a tutti gli altri piatti e quando l'abbiamo fatto presente al personale di servizio per prima cosa hanno cambiato il piatto con uno piccolo con lo stesso pesce sopra e quando gli è stato chiesto di nuovo di cambiata la porzione mi ha risposto che era una cena a buffet così potevamo prendere qualcos'altro; - Una sera siamo andati a Benirras e non abbiamo trovato un taxi per tornare in albergo.

Das Zimmer und der Balkon waren groß und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig und schön in einer Bucht gelegen. Es war nicht zuviel los und man hatte immer eine freie Liege am Pool. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Wenn ich was "bemängeln" müsste, würde ich sagen, dass das Personal etwas mehr auf die Gäste zugehen könnte. Aber das ist Ansichtssache. Alle Angestellten im Hotel waren immer sehr nett und freundlich.
