Building is ok but the toilets are getting old needs renovation

Dreadful look at my previous review for this hotel... its in the middle of nowhere... OK there are trams but as that is the only form of public transport around... you'll be standing for 30min everywhere you go there is nothing to do in the hotel no air-conditioning so both windows have to be opened but they actually open all the way in as we were on floor 12 thats extremely dangerous!! Let alone the noise is shocking from trams and vehicles racing about when were there are very few staff who are very miserable and not welcoming especially in the morning 9am+ a wee tip don't use her pen to sign in by mistake she gets angry (not a welcoming start) when checking in... limited menu is a understatement. Room facilities are extremely basic... twin room but only 1 seat 1 glass 1 bottle of warm water that isn't included in the price of your stay. Bed linen was the same for 5 days !!! Pillows were like a beanbag !!! DON'T COME HERE go closer to the city this is too far away with nothing to do the side of the building states "fun" what a joke !! Great city to visit... but this hotel left a horrible memory !!

Woman on check so miserable to greet guests doesn't smile no and goes mad if you use her pen by accident doesn't even say hello.. not a good start !! Windows open completely in on such a high floor a safety concern? No coffee or tea or even a kettle in room Were 2 guests and they removed a chair and glass to leave only 1 so we had to share in a twin room. Shower head falls down to bottom of the rail... OK if your a dwarf but most customers aren't No bathroom mat's very dangerous getting in and out. No air-conditioning at all not even a fan so Windows must be opened to enjoy the traffic noise and a organised Saturday to Monday 3 day 24 hour rave !! Situated in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do in the hotel especially for adults and kids...food and drink extremely limited to the point you won't eat here. Told us as we had 2 linked bookings we'd have to leave before 11am our room and return after 3pm and get a new room only to end up back in the same room... Dont come here as its shockingly bad !!

The room was clean and spacious. The service was good and acceptable.

Access to the old is not easy and fast. Our room faced the street and it was too noisy. We need to keep the windows open all the time due to the hot weather on those days.

Easy late check-in. Used this hotel already many times.

Car parking increased in a few weeks from 5 EUR to 8 EUR. Free water would be nice. The hotel was as usual overheated.

- location is very far from city centre like 16 stops by tram and no S/U bahn nearby - even the still water is chargeable at €4, mindblowing - not even a kettle provided, another mind blowing
