Zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Schone en ruime kamer. Prima bedden. Op 20 min lopen van het centrum. Goed te bereiken met de auto.

El personal es extremadamente amable y dispuestos a ayudar. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Hay bañera.

Estuve una semana y no hay reposición de amenities. Tampoco dispones de cafetera / kettle en la habitación para poder hacerte infusión por la noche, por ejemplo.

La piscina agradable y con servicio de toallas. De 10. Atención en recepción inmejorable. Menú en el restaurante por 18€ para adultos y menú infantil por 10€, todo muy rico. Desayuno 8€ para adultos 5,50€ para niños, completo, hay de todo. Habitaciones bien climatizadas y baño con todo lo necesario. Fácil aparcamiento gratuito.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk en attent. Je voelde je welkom. Binnen zitten met een glas wijn met het gevoel van buiten. Perfecte ligging voor bezoek stad. Een perfecte parkeerplaats voor de auto onder het hotel.

Excellent location for overnight stay as just off motorway. Pool was great option for relaxing after long car trip. Buffet breakfast was good value with a good selection of food options (fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereal, pastries, eggs, bacon, etc ). Would definitely recommend for a stay of one or more days in Salamanca.

Hôtel très bien pour s'y reposer lorsque que l'on voyage. Propre!!! Personnels sympathiques et parle également très bien français. Petit déjeuner en supplément (buffet) 8€ Adultes et 5€ enfants -12ans. Je recommande.

Les lits doubles ne sont pas confortables, matelas très dure. Piscine que nous n'avons pas pu voir car malheureusement manque de temps.

Plenty of parking. Staff are excellent, very helpful and welcoming. Hotel is a short walk to the centre and the amazing Square. This was our second visit and it was a great as the first.

The best thing was the free parking, it gives you the peace of mind and really helps if you are thinking to visit other cities around such as Valladolid or Ávila. The breakfast was great, the dinner can be improved, but it was still delicious and both were really good value for the money. The bar downstairs was good. The staff was ultra nice, they were all really friendly and helpful. The internet was working really good.

We stayed in a family room and apparently 3-bed rooms are all designed with disability access, therefore the bathroom was not as comfortable as we expected. The shower cabin was not closing properly, this was a little inconvenient. The space the shower cabin covered was kind of half of the bathroom, therefore it would feel crampy if you haven't stored the cabin away. Also, as the shower basin was big, the wet zone would reach towards the sanitary vase that would mean you can't sit on the toilet without getting your feet wet if someone took shower before you used the toilet. There was neither enough place to hang towels for 3 persons nor place to store toiletry by the sink. Not a biggie, but annoying. However, I really can't complain about how the staff handled the situation; we requested to change the room and they were very helpful, they immediately arranged a new room for the next day as the capacity was full, but eventually we decided not to move away for convenience reasons. The other point is that the hotel is pretty far from the city center, it takes about 30 min to walk from Plaza Mayor. Especially if you are enoughly unlucky to catch rain, and you won't find available cabs, you may need to make that walk under the rain. It's for the best to set your priorities right before you decide.

Breakfast was fine, but a bit noisy, near the coffee machine, so we moved tables. Location was excellent as we could walk into Salamanca from the hotel. Reception staff are excellent and the evening meal was very good value.

W were happy with all the facilities, so nothing to complain about.

the shower head was broken. needs a refurbishment. not very sound proof but maybe just noisy neighbours next room

staff very helpful indeed, gracias! location easy and good parking either outside building or underground. The main town is around 20 minutes away whilst there are good restaurants around 15 mins away. Breakfast was very reasonably priced whilst there was a good selection.
