The location is really good. Near to Kansai station. Close to bus stop going to Disney land and airport bus. Hotel provide coin washing machine and dryer. Breakfast is ok but not much choice.

Location is good as it is very close to public transportation, shops and restaurants. Complimentary coffee and tea available at lobby 24 hours Simple but tasty buffet breakfast daily.

No TV channels in English. No supply of bottled water in room.

Good hotel with wonderful stuff, quiet and near to Kasai metro station bus stations, Mcdonalds and Lawson connivant store, about 4 min walking each. the room was big and not typical for Japanese hotel. the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet.

The Hotel isnt located in central of Tokyo , to get to Ginza takes approx 30 min , to Shibuya and Harajuku 40 min. to Shinjuku 43 min. the breakfast was very poor , weve been week in this hotel and go to eat twice. ... not storage to clothes, not cupboards and even not shelfs. weve found ourselves with 3 suitcases on floor and with mess in our room. not accepted at all !!! :( the price for one night was expensive compared with what you've got and compare to those typical of hotels.

Very clean rooms ! slightly small but I think this is expected in Tokyo ! staff is extremely extremely helpful ! we loved their hospitality and kindness ! location is 2 mins walk to the Kasai station , slightly far away from the attractions but it’s well connected by tram and bus so that’s okay ! Good breakfast , repetitive but it’s delicious!

The hotel was so understanding with our circumstances. They accommodated our last minute request to change booking dates because of the delay in our flight. That surely made our stay in Tokyo extra special.
