Modern, clean and well-equipped hotel, with amazing views and sunsets, good buffet breakfast, and easy access to the beach. Spacious room with a great bathroom and amazing view. Walking distance to the aquarium and a lawson super close.

The pool opening hours were a bit disappointing, didn't open til 9am and closed at 5pm, which doesn't make a lot of sense, it was still 25 degrees celsius overnight, a nighttime swim would have been great. It also took quite a while to access the pool due to having to switch elevators between wings.

had to ask for additional floor cleaning after check-in as some footprints were visible and we wanted our baby to crawl around. Beds could be more comfortable. even 2 days after Taifun the beach was still closed for swimming while all beach’s around were open all the time.

Perfect location, facilities, room, hot spring and service!

Loved the staff, they were extremely helpful and always tried to accommodate and translate to English for us. The onsen was also very nice and the outside of the hotel is beautiful

Food (buffet) - Breakfast was fine although cold, we enjoyed the coffee and bread selection. - Lunch: Half the price of dinner but pretty much the same food, if you need to it’s not a horrible deal, still recommend leaving the hotel and getting food somewhere else for a better price and quality - Dinner: Only had it once, extremely overpriced, lacked in flavor, most of it was cold,same every night,we’re used to Japanese takes on food as we live in Japan but this was our least favorite hotel food in Japan. - all restaurants were closed today except for buffet and the izakaya Entertainment: I get with Covid things having limited hours but there is absolutely nothing to do at the hotel the indoor pool closes early, at night there was some figure painting available for a limited amount of time but after 1930 it was extreme boredom, the one store they have closses really early and only open on evenings. Nothing to eat or drink available during late evening/ night time. The convenience store outside the hotel saved us big time. Pillows: - the pillows felt like they had rocks inside, we just slept without them. Room: It never got cold enough can’t imagine during the peak of summer. Pretty sad considering the location, view and staff are so amazing but the convenience side of staying at a resort was a bit lost to us.

The location is excellent and the hotel and property are fantastic. The buffet is quite nice with plenty of variety.

Due to covid state of emergency the shops, beaches, and spa were shut down. We were not aware of this until we arrived.

Breakfast was fantastic! Great hotel and very clean. The facilities are well maintained. Definitely will be back again if ever we go back to Okinawa.

Facilities are immaculate (okay, I did see some dried wet spots on the mirrors, but it wasn’t a big deal), staff are friendly and welcoming, breakfast was delicious, and location is perfect for a stay in Motobu.

The beds are extra hard. Harder than the normal Japanese-style mattresses.

The bar was very fancy and oftentimes completely devoid of any sign of life. A lot of facilities were closed and not many people were actually in the hotel. The beach, while beautiful, had a lot of unnecessary rules. all you could think about was going beyond the blue net things. overall, this hotel is more for families and the older folk. definitely not for young adults trying to party it up
