There were a few glitches but this was remedied immediately Greg is awesome as we did have some problems but they were corrected within hours and always to our satisfaction and above We are only unhappy because someone beat us to renting it for next year!!!!

Awesome location

Brought my family for a long weekend stay and had a great experience. Highly recommend.

We stayed 5 nights in this 3-BR condo, which has fantastic access to two pools. The quiet, gated community felt upscale and safe. There’s ample parking on the street right out front. Landscaping is well-maintained and the property is quite attractive overall. Communication with the host was excellent. They provided a nice guide to the property, which includes information about the unit, the gated community and the surrounding area. If you stay here, read the guide -- it's very helpful! The unit has most of the basics but not a ton of extras and is showing some wear & tear. Kitchen basics beyond salt and pepper would have been nice. The door on the dishwasher was squeaky and the sink faucet leaked at the base. The BBQ is slow to heat and doesn't get super hot -- not the host's fault, just the nature of electric grills! The takeaway: don't plan on cooking gourmet meals, and bring your own oils/spices. Grocery stores are conveniently located nearby. There is a good toaster and coffee maker, so if you plan to mostly eat out you should be fine. WiFi access and TV options were very good. Each patio has a cafe table and chairs, and the WiFi reaches them. Some of the furniture (e.g., mattress and couch) showed signs of age and were not the most comfortable. Our bathroom sink was missing the drain stopper, so we had to be very careful not to drop anything in the sink. Toiletries in each bathroom were acceptable, although we nearly ran out of toilet paper. Nice bathroom towels and pool towels were provided. The A/C unit in our bedroom was loud. In addition to the strong air flow, the vent squeaked and rattled. My husband had to use noise canceling earbuds to sleep. There did not seem to be a way to lower the air flow, so one side of the bed was quite cold and we could not find any extra blankets. Check-in and check-out were easy. Do allow a few extra minutes for check-out, as departing guests are requested to take out all their garbage & recycling to the nearby bins and to start a load of laundry. I'd consider staying here again, although not at the price we paid (inflated ~4-5x due to the tennis tournament), and we’d check first re: the wear & tear issues. At the normal price (not during tennis), this unit would be a decent value. Again, the up-sides to this rental included a very communicative and helpful host; fantastic pool access; nicely designed and maintained gated community; and a clean unit with good WiFi and other basic essentials.

Perfect location and villa had everything we needed. Pools were refreshing and beautiful.

What a great unit with lots of space and nice location near clubhouse and pool.

Beautiful resort with an abundance of pools. The unit itself was spacious with 4 TVs, 3 bathrooms, and 3 beds. Our family was able to spread out and relax without bothering each other. Very short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Parking was convenient, right next to the unit. We will be back; it was the perfect way to safely relax for a few days.

We fiddled around for 1/2 hour and then we called the Reservation Manager and he stayed with us on the phone until we were able to get in, as we had never received the code to get in. He then sent someone over to check things out in person. Our villa was wonderful and in a perfect location. We will definitely come back and try to reserve this villa again.

Everything was fantastic. My only suggestion would be, is to add better lighting in the unit. Brighter bulbs would do the trick. We will definitely stay again!

We love staying at Legacy Villas! The pools are great, exercise facility is nice, grounds are kept perfect and the views are beautiful. Everything is close, from nice restaurants to grocery stores, to shopping, hiking, movies, etc. The units have everything one could need and the management company is always very responsive and cordial. We have rented here at least 10 times and it is our favorite place to visit.

The location of this unit is excellent! Had our own “private” pool in the back since no one was out there and the main pool is just steps away in the front! Bedrooms are all specious and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need!

I have stayed at Legacy Villas several times and this was a very nice one story unit. Good location next to pools. I would recommend it!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 along with a set of grandparents. The layout was wonderful with having such private master bedroom suites along with their own patios to hang out on. We loved being right next to the pool and thought the grounds were absolutely beautiful. Would definitely return. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful grounds and location. Just the right size for our family long weekend mini-vacation. Very nice interior.

We really enjoyed our stay in La Quinta. The property is beautiful and close to the La Quinta Resort and local restaurants and shops. The smaller pool behind the unit was basically private for us, or the larger pool is just across the street. Overall the house was clean and fairly well stocked. Living room seating could be upgraded to provided more seating and comfort, but the rooms were very nice and spacious. Definitely would stay here again.

Location was ideal, nice grassy area for kids to play. Condo was ok. Ice maker did not work, not a comfortable couch or chairs in living room. Mattress in smaller room was terrible! This unit can be rented as a 2 bedroom or 2 studios. Had lots of doors and hall ways. Our friends rented a 3 bedroom up a few blocks for a lot less. It had a garage, a comfortable feel and was just across the street from one of the smaller pools

The house was perfect for our needs, 5 seniors at a mini-reunion. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped. There was no corkscrew and the fry pans were scratched up teflon. Everything was very clean and orderly.
