Seperate bedrooms with good beds

Service, several things need fixing, parking was a problem

Receptionist was really kind and helpful. Room was clean and we had everything we needed for the weekend.

In the location there were not supermarkets and it was quite difficult to buy groceries especially when shops are closed on Sundays in Vienna (most of them).

The location was close to public transport, however it is 1 hour far from the city center. Just for relax rest at apartment is very good!

The price didn’t include anything else, but just the apartment. Towels super small, you need to take your own for the shower.

Location in a calme area next to tram station, easy to Locate , very friendely staff, good water pressure, toilettries provided.

The appartement Was dirty With hair all over the bed,stains and cigarette burn marks,you can feel That the floor wasn't cleaned, a strong semell came out of the shower sink, we was provided with only one towel per person, also everytime we Come back a bug welcomed us, It would be perfect if the appartement were cleaner

Bathroom: the lid of the toilet was missing. Minimal towels, when a complaint is no answer. Living room: no couch and the chairs were almost broken. kitchen: we didn't use it, but nothing to add. bedrooms: no hang in the wardrobe, one of the bedrooms has a bad curtain. Staff: didn't reply, didn't do anything to change the towels or care.

That it was comfortable, quiet and met my needs for ,y stay in Vienna

First floor apartment in a very quiet part of the Ottakring district of Vienna. Property easily reached by tram from the Ottakring metro station. Plenty of reasonably-priced cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Minor problem experienced with the plumbing in bathroom, but was transferred the same day to a larger apartment on the same floor.

Very nice bed and clean room. Also receptionist was very helpful and polite to me.

Good location. The bed was very confortable. There was hot shower and heating.

The bed sheets were not clean. There was bad smell from the bed aside. In the bathroom, usually there was bad smell as well and it was not good at all

Great location, simple.

No elevator, No lids to the pots, no large tovels only small ones.

The staff at the reception was nice and we felt welcomed. The apartment was quite cozy with super-comfy bed and very powerful heating which we appreciated mainly because of cold and rainy weather. The place can be reached by public transport easily + there are groceries nerby.

The reception was full of cigarette smoke and it was the worst thing we've experienced during our stay. Carpets in the hall are worn out and some facilities are shabby (for example shower).

*The appartment was cozy and warm, location near bus and tram stations. *The receptionist was kind and helpfull, answered to all our questions and gave us indications as requested. *free parking in front of location only in the weekend!

No big towels in the room, was not such a big problem, but It should be mentioned somewhere so we could know and bring ours-we had face towls ideed.
